      Husband bought me a ring from the *********** ** location.I have had to take this ring three times back in one month to be repaired ! Today after picking my ring up less than 24 hours I have had to return it again! The employee accused me of banging the ring and breaking it even though all I had done was take it out of the box two hours earlier and had done nothing with my hands apart from sit on a sofa.They wouldnt let me exchange the ring even because apparently my husband had purchased it from the clearance section. I spoke with 2 other representatives from two different stores and they told me that the store where I got my ring from should be offering me a replacement ring regardless of if the ring was bought in clearance. Just because a ring is in clearance it shouldnt be faulty.

      That was an unhappy and disappointed experience with company! I was looking for a men's necklace for my husband's birthday, and decided to purchase it from The Diamond Ring Company after I shopped around the mall. Because my necklace was special design item, which was 22 inches in 18k gold necklace, that they didn't have it in stock, so they had to order it. I paid $1500 fully on the day (May 12th,2021), and the manager promised it would be done in two to three weeks ( even the due day was wrote on June 12,2021 in the receive). I had been expecting in the next three weeks, and also called them a week before the due day to asked about to pick up the necklace. What they told me was that necklace would not be done till the due day because of the delayed of holidays. I accepted the excuse and continued to wait. On June 7th, one of the sales called me to inform that my necklace was not able to make 22 inches in 18k gold. How ridiculous! After all those weeks to wait, they told me that they couldn't make it! Then why they charged me fully and did the promise? I was absolutely angry and asked what were they going to do for wasting my time? The most funny answer I got was ' we will refund to you' . So that means I have to accept the fault they made to me, and the time l lost, and I didn't have a present for birthday! When I paid fully that means we made a commitment at the moment, and that was very irresponsible for the deal. Hopefully I can have a voice back from this company and people will have an eye on it.
