1 starI am filing a complaint due to lack of communication and the cost of service in comparison to what I received in return, which was nothing. I would call the case manager working on my case, would never be able to speak with anyone (theyd be gone for the day or busy), and would not receive a call back. They dropped me as a client due to failure to give them information requested, but I called and left several messages stating I did not have the information requested. When I was told my case was re-opened, it was actually not. For months Im thinking Optima is working on my taxes, when they were not. Ive paid A Lot of money with nothing to show for it. Money I could have paid towards my tax debt! This is a warning for potential customers dont use Optima.Review fromDorothy M.

3 starsI wish I could give a higher rating, and maybe I can when everything is settled. However, they took $4000 over 18 months ago and we do not have any kind of settlement yet!!! They have been unresponsive, we do not have a person to reach out to and I am incredibly frustrated at this time. I think they were going through some changes last summer, but still we should have some kind of resolution. So far I would NOT recommend them.Review fromPaul B.
