1 starTalked to Optima about filing past due tax years and tax relief from debt owed. Charged me over $9k and all they did was file my past taxes and then said I didnt qualify for any tax programs. I feel like they should have knew that just by looking at my tax returns and how much I make. Pretty much they filed 4 years of tax returns for $9k. Unheard of but this company was all for it and I got the documentation to prove it. I could have filed the tax returns myself and got more money back, only went with them to help with any programs available.
