Well* just Getting started* The associates seem to be * Very articulate and Respectful. I live in *****.. The first the first ****** I talk with was mika * She was awesome I believe she was based in **********. ************* I think.. It's a beautiful place i've been there.. But I don't like earthquakes.. ***** has much more stable ground.. And the taxes are lower.

I had this company look over our tax issue & were doing good at first but then they stopped contacting us! And never could get anything done or hear back from them about our situation! Paid a large amount to get nothing done! I am so done with these tax advocate companies that take your money & do Nothing!Optima Tax Relief

This company is a scam. They took advantage of my father who was dying with cancer promising to get the *** to lower his tax debt. He paid them $6,000 and they didnt help with any paperwork and sent him a letter stating hed have to pay the *** a little over $26,000 when in reality the *** sent my mother (my Dad is now deceased) a letter stating that she owes over $46,000!!!! Its truly a shame they preyed on my Dad and took what little money he did have just for them to lie and not hep in any way. They should be embarrassed for taking advantage of people the way that they have done.Optima Tax Relief

This company is a scam. Everything sounded great at the beginning. I had to pay them $5K for them to negotiate my case with the ***. After which they said I didn't "qualify" for the help due to my income. This is a total waste of money. I could have called and worked directly with the *** and used the $5K as part of the payment to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Optima Tax Relief
