1 starI recently joined the military and I am trying to use the Service-members Civil Relief Act. I keep getting told by the rude customer support that i am not some sort of list. this act does not have a list this act applies to all service members. I will be submitting a formal report to the BBB and my local congressman if this does not get rectified. I have provided my enlistment documents to the customer service department and they brushed me off every time. i have had friends who bought a car through navy federal they showed them their enlistment documents and immediately got their money back and interest lowered. this company is greedy and does not have your best interest in mind.3202081 account number for my carVeros Credit LLC

1 star**** , ***** and every other individual working for this company is rude they hung up on me picked the phone up and hung up non stop they are disgustingly rude I will be releasing recorded calls and the interactions from the company they are racist and it shows I ask for a supervisor they refused they are breaking all kind of ftc laws by reporting inaccurate information I wish we read the reviews prior to going with this company but one thing for sure two things for certain you will never get a dime ?? !Veros Credit LLC

1 starAvoid this company !!!! ****** learned. Do your homework. Read the Reviews below. Contact all the dealers that are affiliated with this company and avoid them. Waiting over 180 days to obtain a TITLE once you make your last payment is unheard of. The awful customer service, the LIES they will tell you is more than enough to avoid them. Standard practice; they will relay to you that your TITLE has been electronically released and to go to DMV to retrieve it. LIE!!! If they reply to this post they will copy in paste one of their standard responses you see in the reviews below. Their team leaders should be contacted and hear from you directly. 1 starFirst am in default do to a crisis in my life. I got this truck which I have 6 months before the loan started. The dealer was wrong they rewrote my contract and had go sign it at a fast food spot out in the wind where paper fly and my 92 year step pops outside. Game. They truck blue at 16k but my loan is 22k plus and my apr Hella high. So I call to make arrangements on my note behind something the did the first time then came a big where a life was gone. So no work I ask for a Extension they told to me to pay up and I did so I was told I well help with that. So when the time came it was I new person and rude then something different like you was never told that and all the bs. So ask so I can come new behind this death so get myself out the this hole mine my house caught before that. So I kinda between car living and friends. So I ask for the help. They been Hella rude on the call they call you three to four times a day. They lie Hella lot. They don't not keep to they word and we'll switch a agent on you quickly. They say things they should not say to customer looks like you can't pay your note in a smart mouth way. Who tell that to c customers. Everything have problem really now the world change. So now that I deep in my hole digg out which they would not help with not get so we keep this going. They say to Extension a year. Now the a new year and they would give to me so I would be in the Situation I am in with them now. They saw how much a make and all and still came with something crazy. But I should read the paper in the wind but the blowing all over and when said let go inside and sit down the dealer agent said no we kool here. Just sign them again which turn up being a new one. Dealer and *************** take advantage of people old people to. They are very rude.Veros Credit LLC

1 starAbsolutely horrible predatory lender. They approved a loan for over twice the value of the vehicle. It was $8,000+ and I had the vehicle appraised after purchase and it was worth $3,800. The dealership never completed the work they were supposed to do then went out of business. I've paid all but $174 off at this point. I sincerely hope that I don't have any trouble getting my title next month. They prey on people trying to establish or fix their credit. I was a victim of identity theft and after spending over 10 years fixing everything I had an N/A credit rating because all of my good credit was too old. Interest rates are incredibly high as well. This company and the dealerships that use them are in cahoots to cause the most harm to the most vulnerable people. Luckily I've not had harassment issues like others have. Avoid at all costs.Please investigate them.DO NOT deserve 1 star but apparently think we have no choice.Veros Credit LLC

1 starSo this company has been unprofessional. I have paid my vehicle off in 2022 and I still havent received my title. They have been giving me the run around saying that they closed the account months ago but Im still waiting for this title. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. 1 starThis is the most disgraceful loan company ive ever dealt with. I pay my payments every two weeks. Well let me say i will cause i have not had the car long enough to make the second payment. I am not sure what happened when i got the car but the company i got the car from explain my payments would be every two weeks when i get paid. I have spoken to someone everyday for the last 3 days and i was not nice about it. They call 9 times in 14 minutes when im with a client and then call my job phone, not even 10 to 15 minutes for a return call. I explained very ****** to ****** that this was unacceptable as she just caused my client to walk out due to the disruption. I find out later that in the seconds they were not calling me they were calling my husband who was also at work. I called and spoke to **** thinking, this can not be the way they do business, not at all, only to find out they intend to call everyday, even though i had now told 2 people that the other half of the payment would be made on the 5th. So today i tried to call like 3 or 4 times, BECAUSE MY PAPER PLATES ARE 2 DAYS EXPIRED AND IVE GOTTEN NO WHERE WITH THE *** LOT(who messaged me that this was not a big deal) and I'm told there is no one to talk to in their office to call the car lot and i did i have the messages where they are saying its no big deal and im not gonna get in legal trouble, tickets, or my car towed but i could because its illegal to drive with expired plates on your car regardless of how someone who is not a cop feels. Got into another screaming match with them today over the payment they called about for the 3rd day. Today it was ******. So i call ****** back and im like hey spoke(yelled and screamed) to you and **** and ****** calls today! Its feeling a little like harassment! This place is a scam. They are scam artist and im thinking the car lot i went to is just as bad.Veros Credit LLC
