I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable behavior I have experienced from Veros Credit as a customer. Despite consistently making my payments, I have endured harassment and unprofessional treatment from their representatives, significantly affecting my satisfaction with their service.Firstly, I want to address the distressing incident where Veros Credit towed my vehicle just seven days after the due date. This action was not only unwarranted but also deeply troubling. It is important to note that this occurred immediately after Veros Credit became my new lienholder. The incident stemmed from a minor misunderstanding during a conversation with a female agent, who became upset when I politely corrected the pronunciation of my name. This reaction was disproportionate and does not align with the professionalism expected from a reputable company.Additionally, I have consistently utilized the pay later feature provided by Veros Credit to align my payments with my pay dates. For five months, I faithfully made my payments through this method without any issues. However, without warning or explanation, Veros Credit suddenly removed this feature from my account, disrupting my financial planning and causing unnecessary inconvenience.Furthermore, it is concerning that Veros Credit failed to provide me with a financing agreement upon assuming my lien from *************. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable and casts doubt on the integrity of the company's business practices.In conclusion, I feel compelled to warn others about the disrespectful and spiteful behavior exhibited by Veros Credit towards paying customers. Their rude and staunch approach to customer service is entirely unacceptable and erodes any trust or confidence one may have in their services. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this company to avoid similar mistreatment.Their response is to contact them, but they will be rude and dismissive. Predators and predatory practices. Eri@ is te devil reincarnate. If youre in need of a car they will definitely help you with highest interest rates loan avail. They also tell you you cant do Uber or Lyft to keep the miles down on these cars so they can sell them for top dollar when they come pick it up in 4-6 mos. There are mandatory fees and upgrades that is included and you dont have an option to say no to like low ***** and because they lowered the price to ACCOMODATE you there are others fees. Biggest scam. The verification process made me feel like I was wanted by the **** They also said my loan was complete until it was verified. Why would they send me off with a brand new car and the loan is not complete? They are definitely profiting from high interest loans. Is there anything that can be done about this? I definitely want to help the next person avoid this racketeering ring. $50k for a ****** Sentra. RUN AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!Veros Credit LLC Response

Avoid this company at all cost! We had a 2009 Yukon from the start had is***s and we paid for every expense no response no understanding from the company until the motor went bad. We decided to have it repo and they *** a single mother for a bad car they gave her with a ridiculous interest and payment. Avoid this company I really wish I could have given her advice. Got a car from them around 2018 . It was a black Camaro , the car worked for 1 day and completely broke down on me 3 times . I had to get it towed to Acapulco auto sales. I told them I did not want that junk if they can please take it off my credit. They offered me another car with issues . They offered a Lexus ES and issues happened about a week after getting the car, not to mention the air bags in the car were defected. After complains and complains to Veros credit . I stopped making payments du to unfair customer relations. Instead of 1 charge off I have 2 with a repo on my credit. Yet they decided not to take any owner ship of there unfair practices with the auto dealer s*** Acapulco autos in ********* **. I will be looking to find some legal help to get that off my credit . I honestly would not wish this company to any one, unless they got training on fair credit sales to their customers. This has been the worst company I have ever dealed with.Veros Credit LLC Response

This company applies money without authorizing to late charges even advising them not to. HORRIBLE customer service , even refusing to provide enployee id's and last names..obviously I can see now how many other bad reviews they have is sad to have this kind of business open.Veros Credit LLC Response

Absolutely the worst financing company to ever exist. I made a last minute decision to buy a truck and put down a **** dollar down payment only to get let down in the end. My registration came out to 700 dollars december 30th,2023 and while I made my truck payment I was hoping to ask for a deferment for the month of January to get caught up with the registration, smog and on top of other maintenance that the truck needed vs other bills I had piling and supervisor denied my request after being told I was allowed a deferment a year. I have made my payments every month and was confident in Veros Credit to allow me a deferment. The interest rates are inhumane and ridiculous. I was given no other help or options and was basically told to deal with it myself. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. Absolutely ruined my entire day.Veros Credit LLC Response

Terrible company I hate this place and cannot understand for the life of me how they are even still in business!!! They are garnishing my wages for a lemon they financed and I traded the truck in and almost several years later they are coming after me again and they are now trying to *** my employer for the balance owed. Veros credit wont provide myself or my employer any information to resolve the is*** so as of today I have obtained and attorney and will be moving forward with my own lawsuit!!!! Run for the hills this company is disgusting they are liars and very unprofessional!!!! I even gave the name of the dealership I traded the truck to and yet theyre still pulling the foolishness and the attorneys office they use are just as unprofessional and very rude and they get very nasty when asking for info to resolve garnishment is***s!!!! Please when a dealership tells you that Veros credit will be financing your loan tell them no thank you because if not you will regret it later. Now I bet they respond and provide info about my loan but I keep being told when I called they do not have a department to assist with this is***!!!!Veros Credit LLC Response

Negative 1 for this dealer. My car contract was canceled not even 30 days into the contract because their finance people sent Veros Credit Bank the wrong docs. Now my truck was repoed with no notice to me and my **** down payment has not been returned. BBB, SEC, IRS and FINCEN will be notified of this securities fraud. Have a lawyer with you at this dealer and make sure u file a criminal complaint.Veros Credit LLC Response

Veros Credit did not take any action to repossess the vehicle or cause the vehicle to be repossessed. On December 29, 2023, a written response addressing all of the consumer's concerns was mailed to the home address on on file.Review from Kerecia R

I would never recommend this company for anyone to get a vehicle loan from. My son and I did get a loan from them my son was in-between jobs but was still trying to make his payment he made a partial the month before and was getting ready to pay the rest in full the repo his car just as the next month was due. We tried to asked were the truck was and was told that they had no idea for 2 day then was told that someone will get back in touch with us that never happened. We payed the money after find out that the truck was at the same tow yard it has all ways been after being told it was sent to auction in which a fee was being charged . This company has deceived is and tried to get as much money as they could. Be mind full and do not trust what they say without do your own check on them first.Veros Credit LLC Response

My wife was trrated so bad by this company less then 20 days late twice but paid all late fees was told they was canceling her finance and sending it back to the dealer, but then proceeded to take the next payment sent her a letter warning of no more late payments, and still sent the contract back to the dealer. Now were headed to court because if theyre not going to finance the contract, then we should be *********** our down payment and monthly payments backVeros Credit LLC Response
