1 starI have dealt with Veros credit for 3 years, I am trying to refinance this horrible high interest loan. They constantly call even if there is a payment on file after the due date. When a payment is on file but its after the month is due, (ie.. my due date is the 8th, i could make the payment until the 1st of the following month, it gets erased. They always argue on the phone, and have created issues with the payment portal. I have spoke with many **** from here and they are all the same. I have said at times my payment will be made late, they can make that arrangement and keep calling, i try to post date a paymen with a debit card, their system doesn't do that. This is not a good company to deal with . from the **** that call and the supervisors they refer you to. If I could give no stars i would!!Veros Credit LLC

1 starOn July 3rd I called to make a payment arrangement because i couldnt pay my payment on the 6th of July I told the representative that i would be paying on the 16th he tells me that im calling too early and to call on the 6th( on a Sunday?) so i call on Monday the 7th and was informed that they wont do a payment arrangement without me post dating my payment i explained that i had had trouble in the past with that so i will not be doing that now since the 8th i have received calls once or twice a day Im sick of this the customer service team is awful the collection department are rude they dont listen and they try and bully you I didnt start my account with them they bought my contact stay very very far away from this companyVeros Credit LLC

1 starI talk with **** on 5-19-2025 to make a ******** payment on my car note to get this vehicle paid off , **** tells me I can only make a 1100. 00 payment, I never heard of this before, this a rip off Cause they charge you a $5 processing fee every time you make a payment which is against the law in ********** state as of July 2025. Please dont Do business with this company they dont want you to pay your vehicle off they will nickel & dime to death.. run they need a class - action lawsuitVeros Credit LLC

1 starMy husband and I in September of 2021 bought a vehicle from a lot and when we initially made the first payment it was normal but after that for almost 4 years the so called customer service has been really pathetic,rude,forceful and straight up harassment.lWhen they send out there letters giving you 10 days to send insurance information and when you have sent your information and what do they do with the information Today I called them and I would rather have sciatica,get my wisdom teeth pulled and have natural child birth with no pain meds than to talk to anyone from this company and getting in the reviews now I know I'm not confused or losing my mind and I wish I could change companies but of course this company know how to get around bad business practices and rating them a zero is too high and there is no score low enoughVeros Credit LLC

1 starLiterally the worst company possible to ever do business with. Extremely unprofessional, incredibly RUDE, harassing me nonstop while Im working and tending to other obligations within my life. The list of reasons as to not do business with this company is infinite! To think of the constant terror and stress this company has put me through for 2.5 years is traumatizing. I now have what I consider to be a mild form of PTSD from having my car wrongfully repossessed after 1 missed payment. 1 Missed payment after paying on time every single month for 2 years straight. Having my coworkers at work tell me Isnt that your car being towed?. One of the most humiliating moments for me to ever have experienced in a place of professionalism. Getting back my car was a pain in the a$$, as they repossessed my car the day before Thanksgiving and the repossession company/toward was closed for that day. So I was forced to wait throughout the weekend in order to get my car back to me. They warned me that if I didnt provide them with the original copy of the key then I would be charged for the cost of that as well, which would have ran me around $200-$300. On top of what I was already paying in order to get my car back which was around $800-$900. I was already in a difficult situation being that I was car-less to get downtown, go to the police station and obtain documentation in order to get my car back from the ************* After I got my car back my credit score had dropped 100 points. All the hard work and hours and hours of working my a** off to pay off this scariest in order to boost my credit went down the drain. I was devastated, stuck with a 30% interest rate on a car I was already paying WAY too much for. I should have had more discretion and trusted my gut instinct about this company from the very beginning, but Im using this as a life ******* I believe this company is spineless, the workers are rude for the most part and dont care about peoples personal situations.Veros Credit LLC

1 starIn the beginning I didn't have an issue. Yes the rate is high af but what did I expect with not so good credit? My issue is, I made the full payment 3/19 @11am. 7pm I get a call from the place where it was parked stating that the car was towed. The car is inoperable so I was saving to get it fixed but I was authorized to leave it there. Veros repo'd... I immediately called but they were closing in 4 mins. I called the next morning and was told I must wait 10days. There will be more fees AND I would have to pay a tow fees, storage fee AND auction fees for a car that was paid and their system didn't cancel the call so I'm being penalized. I've spoken to a supervisor and ig she's upset with "repeating" basically "too bad so sad. Wait then pay n see wht happens" It is considered a wrongful towVeros Credit LLC

1 starWorst company that I have ever financed with.Customer service is a disaster, harassing calls Monday through Sunday. Called to speak with my *** and suddenly hes not available. A person named Aurora has the worst customer service, didnt want to transfer me to her supervisor because I was going to file a complaint on her. Worst agency, highly recommend that you avoid this finance company by any means.Veros Credit LLC

1 starThis company is far most the worst. I was harassing for months about my car insurance, no matter how many times I sent the confirmation to them. Then i decided to leave the company and get with a better company, they hooded my car title hostage for the other company and demand me to pay them a balance that I didn’t not own. Talking bout it got sent back when I kept telling them it didn’t so for 40+ days I have received harassing phone calls. So I paid them the money just for me to show the proof that I didn’t now they are telling me I have to wait 60days for my money to be returned. This company file technique is horrible and we the customers are getting penalize

1 starIf I could give them ZERO stars I would!! WORST company ever to go with! They are EXTREMELY rude, nasty and straight up disrespectful. I have NEVER had a pleasant experience with this company all the years *** had them. Thank god I am now free of this company! My car was totaled the beginning of this year. The guy who was at fault ins company paid the remainder I owe on the ****. I called ********************** atleast 3 twice throughout my whole claim to ask how much I owed. Every time they only gave me the total of the vehicle and never told me I owe interest when I asked. My RUDE and UGLY case manager ****** was very argumentative, combative and UNPLEASANT. I am requesting someone pull the call from today 2/19/25 at 5:08 cst. My Loan Payment # *******. All I will say is listen to this call!! Smh need to be fired!Veros Credit LLC

1 starIm will never use this company again, my vehicle is almost paid off, and I called in requested for my payment date to be changed from the beginning of the month to the end of the month due to my rent and utilities is do at the beginning of the month. The rude **** said that there unable to change my do date do to me changing it once before along time ago . **** but should that matter when you customers is trying to pay there bill on time, so they want to keep charging me late fees instead of working with there customers. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. I see why the have a lot of law suitsVeros Credit LLC
