Hello, my account that i've had for 6 years and i've spent over 6 thousand dollars on was wrongfully terminated on 6/25/2023 and no reason was given. I emailed them requesting further evidence as to why my account was terminated with no warning and they told me that my account was rightfully terminated for bullying and harassment on voice chat and they will not discuss further. I never bullied or harassed ANYBODY the ROBLOX moderation with voice chat and their moderation in general is terrible, They refused to give me my account back or a refund for what i've spent. My accounts name was carvingheartss. I am rejecting this response because:I have made many cases appealing my account for each of them to get denied when I showed proof that I did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve my account being deleted. After the thousands of dollars i've spent on this game I expect better customer service and fair moderation, or at the very least reinvestigate the reason why I got banned and make it make sense. My account termination was completely false and ROBLOX support is no help at all.

There was a glitch in their Trading system wouldn't ya know it and I didn't even receive the items I was s'posed to. So I thought, why not give ol' Roblox a ****** 'bout it. But dang nabbit, instead of helpin' me out, they up and locked my very own Roblox account. They yanked out that Gmail tied to the account and switched up the password, all without so much as a 'by your leave.' Despite providing a clear explanation about the purchases I made when I first started using the account, they still claim they can't confirm my ownership. To back up my case, I shared even more details and provided a receipt, but it's disappointing that the information I shared seems to be ignored. This whole situation is frustrating because it feels like they've simply taken my account away from me. I've spent a lot of my hard-earned money on that account, and it's disheartening to see how easily they can just remove it. This is especially disconcerting considering I initially reached out to them to address a glitch in their system. It's concerning that after encountering a problem caused by their system, someone might hesitate to reach out for help from their support team.

I woke up one morning to my roblox account, "imisseating" being locked. This is a major issue because this is my roblox account that I've spent a lot of money on so far. I have many receipts to prove that this is my account, but yet I still get a email back saying "We cannot verify you as the account owner. Because of this, we are unable to assist you further". They haven't done any steps to consider trying to fix this issue. The reason for my roblox account being locked is because of a targeted attack towards me, where a user contacted support to social engineer me by stating they haven't been able to log into the account recently, which is false. I really want this issue to be solved because of how much time I've spent on that account and how much money went into it, just for someone to come around and get it locked for no reason. The images provided are different receipts from different dates showing that I, infact, spent roblox on that account, and that I owned it. I had an account hacked on ********************** and I have proof of ownership as I received an email verifying my account and have shown it to them but the only response I get is "We cannot verify you as the account owner. Because of this, we are unable to assist you further." And after that they just completely stop responding and refuse to tell me how I can meet their requirements for proving account ownership. I am currently trying to resolve an issue with getting my son's hacked account back. I am being told that I need to provide a ****** purchase receipt with his username but I don't have one - I don't buy my son's robux from ****** - I buy them from Amazon. I have provided all those receipts and I'm sure their customer service can see that I am linked to this account via email address, etc which has been changed by the hacker. I am beyond frustrated as I have lost all the robux I purchased for him at this point and all the items he purchased. I provided all purchase receipts I could and it still isn't good enough. I have a roblox account that had around $10,000 USD worth of virtual items that I created years prior. It was terminated (my access and entire account was removed from their site) just over a year ago for account theft when I never stole anyone's account (or my own). They falsely terminated my account when I never broke any rules and stole all my money that I spent on the game. I have proof that the account is mine and I have tried to show them that multiple times but they deny my appeal repetitively. I want my account back due to it literally having thousands of dollars worth of virtual items on it that I spent my hard earned money on. I have proof not only that the account belongs to me but also all the items (which are tradeable) belong to me and have for 5+ prior years.
