I have been paying for a premium subscription for my child for about seven years now and this month, after my childs subscription renewed as usual through Apple, she received a message on her account that her monthly subscription had ended and that all her benefits would be lost unless she reinstated a premium subscription (and needed to have a higher cost tier to keep all the benefits she had previously been receiving). I reached out to customer service and after DAYS of being passed around to various reps the only answer I got, after providing proof of an active membership through Apple and months of receipts, was this: As mentioned in our previous response, we're unable to ***** the product for purchases made through iTunes. Therefore, we request you to please contact the Apple/iTunes support team to get a refund for your purchase. This was after i was just told over and over again there was no membership on the account. Needless to say at this point I have given up and my child is crushed that I finally did have to cancel the subscription after numerous ineffectual attempts to get this resolved. Sad when a company is taking advantage of kids like this since being that its primary target audience is kids.Review from Nick S

I am writing this complaint due to my account being terminated on January 4th 2024 for "facilitated item theft" which I have never taken part in. They have declined numerous appeals and keep on giving me automated responses without doing a thorough investigation on my account. I was a loyal member of the ********************** community but they decide to terminate my account for no reason as well as to instantly decline any appeal that I send to them regarding my account's termination. I have spent thousands of dollars on ********************** and willing to sue ********************** Corp. for the amount that I have spent on their platform due to a wrongful termination. This was the first action taken on my roblox account, it was a termination instead of a warning or ban My most recent case # is ********. I have tried to appeal over 30+ times in the past 3 months but have gotten nowhere. I hope this issue can be resolved since I enjoyed playing ********************** when I was younger and have made a lot of memories and friends on the game. I do not want to involve lawyers but I will if we can not come to a resolution which ends up in my account being unterminated since I 100% believe that the termination was false. I have never stolen any items on **********************, I have only traded for them in fair trades on-site. I recommend to any parent/guardian/teenager out there to not spend money on **********************, since they can terminate your account falsely at any time and you won't be able to appeal your termination because ********************** Corp. uses AI to determine if you should be banned or not.I would also like to speak to a support team LEAD representative because I know of more people than me who are going through the same issue I am and we aren't afraid to sue ********************** Corp. if it comes down to that.Review from Tino V

I tried to get my account back from being stolen and without even asking me any information to prove I own the account, they straight up said they couldn't verify I owned my account.Review from Mike W

My son broke his tablet and when trying to login on his new device with correct login and password, roblox insisted on verifying the account. Upon trying to do so I was informed despite the amount of money spent on the account and having the correct login, they are unwilling to assist because an email was never linked to it. I can prove ownership of the account through purchase records, information on the account, ip address.My son had just spent his tooth fairy money on a game and is devestated he can no longer play his account he's worked on for years now. Going to contact my bank to perform a chargeback on recent purchases to verify the account. Roblux does not care about its consumers. I highly recommend caution if considering supporting this business with in game purchases.Review from Angela B

UNAUTHORIZE CHARGES, Haven't been able to contact. No phone numbers, email's r slow & not helping bc I haven't been paid yet, As of Feb. 29, 2024 since Sept. 16, 2022 March 1, 2023 I have a complaint; can you get this to the right person /department. I emailed Roblox about this and no response, maybe because I dont have an account, but have a complaint nonetheless. My granddaughter has one. The complaint has to do with her account tho CiCi *****I authorize ***************************** .97 cent for my granddaughter in the summer of July 2022. Two months later ***************************** took 140 dollars from my account without my permission. I tried contacting ****** by phone. All you get is a computerized system (no humans) to speak to. Form to file out, come back no card on file which is not true. Contacted Roblox by email but didn't get a response. On the Roblox website it says contact ******. I feel like Im going n circles & being ripped off at the same time. & for the record No One has access to my card, Especially my 10 yr. granddaughter P.S. I reloaded roblox card for 20 dollars at a retailer store I tried to unload the amount onto roblox game and it would not let me I contacted roblox to get a refund or help went the card they denied the refund saying I could not use it on someone else I brought the card myself and than asked the clerk can I reload it were told yes this company is a shamReview from Avery S

Lots of pedophiles on the platform and many **** bypasses on the app and website, claims to be for kids but isnt, Roblox has made NO EFFORT, Roblox has allowed pedophiles and ex *** offenders on the website, I play the game and I see people with bypassed outfits that have child **** on it, and people bypass very inappropriate things for hats and accessories, I believe theres should be a huge investigation, I have seen a lot, I saw someone bypass a man with a shotgun, and the moderators dont do anything, they review **** and etc, and they approve it to be on the website, its disgusting and I want my voice heard, the *** did nothing to stop the pedophiles, I seen people bypass ****, child ****, suicide photos, ****, murder, cartel beheadings, animals *******, etc and they dont review bans or appeals, they ban people that say the word **** its a disgrace to humanity and violates many laws.Review from Jaleesa T

I have been trying to get access to my son account. He did not set up an email because it was not required when he created his account. He lost his phone number and now he cant get into his account. I have sent multiple emails to their help center and I keep getting automated messages saying the same things with different ticket number. My billing email is ********************* and my son old phone numb no longer useable can someone help me get access to his account. Since he didnt set up a email the reset password doesnt work! After having my Sons ***** taken away by admin for a glitch on their behalf, weeks of robotic emails! Proof from Apple iTunes that only one refund was requested and issued, not the 7 total they are saying is the reason they took **** Robux away from my sons account! The 1 refund that was processed was for a $4,********** membership he did not receive! Reason I requested the ONE refund in the 1st place! Ive been dealing with this issue since 2/11/24 only to get no where! ROBLOX stated this was an Apple ITunes issue. Apple stated it wasnt, and provided the same info of the ONE requested and issued refund! Roblox cannot tell me what the 7 total refunded purchases are and when was this request made! Only its automated responses! I really dislike this platform, but my son loves it! We spend tons of money on this platform only to be treated inhumanly!Im just trying to get clarity and details of these refund transactions they are accusing my son of doing, which he has no capabilities to do nor can he do trading, which Roblox tried to say it was. His account is not set up to do trading! I dont allow him to do trading! I just want answers! And not from these automated robots! my account was compromised online by a group of hackers and they went in my account and stole every single thing i have purchased within the last 8 years and had gotten me terminated. i was actively in the account when it all happened, and i wasted no time getting in touch with support. once i was verified with them, they decided to reinstate my account, only to ban it the following morning and decide that the termination is final. mind you, i have everything from my childhood to friends who are no longer living on that account. that account was the only way i had connection with the people who obviously can not be here to readd or rejoin my groups. i had spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on my account since 2016. the roblox support agent has contacted me stating he does NOT agree with the decision corporate has made and that he is very sorry about my situation, as if thats not putting salt on the wound. i have sent countless screenshots of proof that the hacker who was able to get into my account was the one who ruined it for me. they told me, ultimately its the creators responsibility when the hacker bypassed all my 2 step authenticator, my email, phone number, and comes to find out, he got my card information and attempted to charge $300 on my card TWICE. i am very upset and disappointed that all it took was an impersonation email and the hacker was able to receive a one time code, throwing away my years of hard work on this game. as of right now, customer service and i have exchanged over 38 emails within the last 2 days, all saying the same thing. consistently transferring me to appeals, then account loss. they have not once offered any sort of compensation or even a refund for any of my items - basically telling me to start from ground 0 all over again. i have been nothing but loyal and willing to spend my money on them, just for them to take everything i had away. very disappointing.
