      My roblox account was terminated because I attempted to refund a purchase that was accidental but I accidentally pressed undisputed/disputed charges, the images down below shows the last 4 digits of my card, the transactions on the apple store and cashapp, and the other screenshot shows my terminated account.

      Business refuses to look into my case further. **** charged back a charge by accident and suspended my account. Trying to appeal by showing receipts that the chargeback has been reversed and the money has been returned however business refuses to look any further.

      Actually im the owner of profun_rikashiki14 and i got hacked on march31 i asked support team and they kept replying me we can do anything with that so I can't get my account back i do have proof that it belongs to me

      I've been a customer to ********************** for ** years now, and I've spent a lot of money and personal time for it. Until one day I got an unfair account termination, an overreaction by their automod. They IP banned me and terminated all my alternative accounts (more than 7). This has caused me a lot of psychological pain. Basically all my effort and more half a lifetime worth of time was thrown in the bin. Their customer support doesn't want to listen to me, doesn't want to give me an explanation and at this point they don't even want to respond anymore. I will change my opinion when they lift the ban, but until then, don't bother creating a Roblox account, it will bring you a lot stress and frustration from their actions. All I want is explanation why my account has been terminated and a ban uplift. Thanks in advance.

      Hello, Roblox customer support has refused to acknowledge my account ownership of CyrexFatality. I have been missing my account for 2 years at this point and Roblox has not helped whatsoever in getting it back. Roblox staff falsely believed my account was compromised, it was not. I have gotten multiple responses from Roblox saying they could not verify ownership. I have recently contacted back and still continue to receive the same response even though I have done everything I can. This started in March 2022 when I contacted roblox reporting missing items, my account was not hacked at the time however Roblox assumed it was wrongfully, and thus they fully removed the email and password linked to the account.I recently sent a support ticket (Roblox Support Ticket ********) which includes the following:"Hello, On March 24 2022 my account CyrexFatality was locked after I reported my limited items to be missing. Staff fully locked my account of what I believe to be suspicion of it being compromised. However, my account wasn't compromised at the time so that action was not necessary.The email and password were taken off, so my account has been sitting idle for over 2 years at this point. I am sending this email from the email that the account was previously linked to as well. Please guide me to how I can fully prove I am the owner of the account, I have anything you could ask for as proof:Previous emails linked to my account ****************** ************************ Possibly ********************* Previous passwords from what I remember:@Album07 @Album007 @Album0007 I have previous emails regarding 2FA here:*************************** Additionally, here is a support ticket I had during the time I had this account:*************************** Ticket number: 40333756"Here is additional info to prove my account ownership:Previous ********* Previous phone numbers:************ Please help me, thank you.

      Yesterday we tried to add robux to my sons account and it locked him out saying he needed to reset his password. Unfortunately there is no email or phone number linked to his account as it did not ask for one at sign up. To confirm that I created another account in the same manner and it did not ask me for either email or phone number. Just let me start playing. Customer support has said that there is nothing they can do and all of the purchases we made are now gone. This is an unacceptable response, especially when their sign up process doesnt ask for an email or phone number. I have called and left a voicemail for them to hear and as of writing this there has been no response.

      I purchased Roblox gift cards for my child account. I redeemed one of the gift cards. It was supposed to go to her Roblox account as stated but it didnt. We looked in her account and there were no funds available. I contacted customer service several times and left voicemails as instructed to do, I havent received a reply yet. It is difficult to contact customer service when you try to get connected to a live person the line disconnects. Im skeptical of placing the other cards on the account because I dont want to lose more money. All I want is the funds placed into her account . If that is a problem please issue my money back.       In mid March I saw charges on my account that I did not recognize, so I put in a request for a refund from Roblox. After doing so I found out that my child had made them without my knowledge, but it was already too late, Roblox had refunded it. A few days later both my account and the child account were banned for 6 months. I tried explaining the situation via an account appeal but they told me they would not unban it and my request was denied. After explaining how upset my son was and that they could even take the refund back, again they told me no. Roblox has no consideration for their patrons and they do not care if it was accidental. I also have a monthly subscription with them to receive 450 robux monthly, that I pay for, and in the email they stated that will still be charged, during a 6 month ban. This company is a disappointment to the gaming community and they are thieves.

      I'm trying to update my email to my account due to these issues I mentioned in my roblox ticket i put on **************** but the agents are denying me because they are ignorant to the issues of their site which is not letting me reset or change anything myself because it keeps giving errors when I try to do anything. Basically I ask them to update my email to ************************* because I can't update the email or change my pass or even reset it to change it because each action i try gives an error idk why. So just check my ticket and do my request. It is simple

      I have spent hundreds of dollars on my account just too be told that i cant get any help changing my age. I accidentally made my age to 1/29/2024 instead of 1/29/2005 cause i was going to verify my id. After i realise what i did i tried to contact support which is no help considering your account has to be 13+ for them too change your age and ive tried telling them i could id verify but they were no help at all.
