    My Roblox account ************ has been hacked and I cannot log back in. I have proof of recent purchases and emails sent to me by Roblox regarding the account. I have contacted Roblox support and they said I needed proof of ownership and could not help until proven. I do not know what to do or how to get it back. I have spent over hundreds of dollars on the account. I hope someone will be able to resolve this incident

    i got banned on roblox on my account which username is "pawviet" because my cousin came over to my house, got banned, and then i got enforcement banned for this because they check ur ip and ur email, which i shared a email with my cousin because hes basically a brother to me and hes only 11 so my family doesnt let him have one

    I have been paying Roblox a monthly subscription amount for my son and myself and because we have been permanently banned from the platform they are not refunding this monthly subscription cost back. There was about ****** Robux in the account and have spent thousands more on gift cards for our account along with friends as gifts. It is a subjective decision to ban members and to do so without refunding money spent and put into our accounts does not seem legitimate or morally acceptable. I have asked Roblox for the refund in money of what we no longer can spend and they have denied it claiming terms of use and community standards. Very subjective when they decide to ban customers and it costs customers I am sure millions of dollars that they can just keep without a refund. For such a large and profitable company it seems that my request for what would be around $150 - $200 refund back on my credit card should not be a difficult thing to do. Instead Roblox keeps the money. Thank you.

    Roblox support is being unhelpful when it comes to recovering my hacked Roblox account. I keep emailing them back and forth and giving them purchase history evidence such as a Robux receipt to verify that I am the rightful owner but they ignore it and continue to ask for account owner verification anyways.

    On August 16th, 2024, my Roblox account, "drinkzipp", was compromised. The offenders were able to change the verified email and password, rendering me unable to log in. 2.2 million "Robux" worth of virtual items were stolen from the account, translating to ~7500 USD by Roblox's own metrics (DevEx). Roblox reinstated ownership of my account, though Account Restoration Specialist ***** was incredibly unhelpful in restoring the lost virtual items. He returned very few of them to the account's inventory, almost as if he were picking and choosing the items worthy of being returned. Upon sending a follow-up email, ***** stated that their decision was final and that further restoration to the account could not be provided, with zero explanation as to why. I have also called their customer support number, was unable to get into contact with a real human agent, and have had no response to my voicemail.As a loyal, paying customer of over a decade, I graciously ask that Roblox resolve this and reinstate the full extent of my losses to my account. Thank you.

    I hate how after 15 emails, they would not restore my account just a tiny bit! I constantly emailed them telling them to restore my account password for my account ********** yet they never did after I gave the billing information like the amount of money I paid (around 10 dollars) and the date and method I used to buy it (2018 and also with a credit/debit card) I even gave other evidence like the games I played on the account, important dates like the date I last logged on in 2019 and when the account was created in 2016 of November! I wish they just restored my account plain and simple.

    My son has an account called "Babbito" : He disabled two factor authentication because he could not log in. The next day, he was HACKED by someone who violated the rules. It was not his fault. It was the hacker. THEN, my daughter, "bluecatslovepizza" was incorrectly--by Roblox-- terminated because my son's account was on the same email as her--my email-- ***************** Roblox will not budge on this nor discuss it with me. My daughter started her account at 9 years old and created many houses there and made many friends. She never broke any rule. She is very depressed over this. We also spent a lot of money which is not as important as her broken heart.We would like her account back. ********************** will not discuss it further other than "we have terminated her account"

    I wanted to purchase an item in a game on Roblox, with their currency of Robux. I had plenty to use, and as I hit the button to make my purchase, it glitched. I pressed it two more times and on the third time it finally worked and I received my digital item. However, it charged me 3 times total instead of one time, and I only received one item in total. This is frustrating since Ive been charged 3 times and only received one item in return. Ive been in contact with Roblox and have tried disputing it and have asked for a refund, but they are refusing to credit me back the funds that were taken from me. I have proof it charged me three times, I have followed their rules that I have to contact the creator of the game, then wait 15 days. Ive done everything but theyre unable to provide a refund. This doesnt make sense to me. Ive shown proof and yet Roblox refuses to credit me the robux currency that was taken from my account. Ive been reaching out through their website support and everyone is unable to help me nor provide any information.
