  I am very unhappy right now. I had 2 accounts that actually took me to court. They were fixed, but 1 of the accounts I ended up paying more than what I owed to begin with and I was told that would never happen. I was told they wouldn't charge me their fees if that were the case and that was a lie. I have been trying to up my monthly payment and their system won't let me. I have sent over multiple e-mails and they go unanswered. The work with a company I believe called Achieve. I told them I don't want their service. I'm not paying 22% to FDR and then 25% interest to them. The lady at Achieve was rude and told me she would let FDR know I refused their service. Now I can't get anyone to at FDR to help me. I want to get this over with and have asked them how I can speed this up and no help from them at all. They just keep taking their fees and their percent. They care in the beginning but not when your almost done.

  Dont use Freedom Debt Relief!They had a wrong account which caused me to be put into collections abs I had to go to court, obtain an attorney and pay higher to court in fees. Then they had an account that wasnt mine dragging the settlement process out for months. Finally after taking another unnecessary payment to them they refused to give the money back No the battle begins to get a refund. Ridiculous

  I signed up with FDR back in March of 2023, I was in a bad place mentally and financially and neck deep in debt after a 4 year custody battle. After years of trying to keep up with credit card payments and save my credit score from tanking I just couldn't anymore, I could not my make my CC payments due to not having enough money to keep up with due dates and the neverending interest fees. I was no longer able to stay afloat. I needed immediate help, I tried for different debt consolidation but no company was willing to help and I even considered filing for bankruptcy. By some miracle I accidentally bumped into the FDR programs website as I was looking for Debt consolidation sites. To say that I was optimistic about this company fulfilling there promise to help me get debt free would be a huge lie, honestly I didn't think anyone could help me get debt free, and definitely not at the 3 yrs they promised . This program literally seemed too good to be true and I was even thinking it could be a scam. But I literally had no other alternative so I went forward with FDR. To this day I can say that choosing FDR to get rid of my ****** debt was one of the most important and successful decisions I have ever made in my life. I am extremely happy and blown away knowing that I am months away from being Debt FREE!!! It almost doesn't feel real. I Advise anyone who is dealing with debt to take a chance on this AMAZING program. My Monthly Deposits with FDR(Between 337 and 417) were way less than if I were still try to pay off each CC individually (over 1k /month). Today my credit score is in the 700's again, it's been almost 10 yrs since and my credit reflects 5 PAID OFF CREDITORS,and I'm a few months from my last 3 creditors to be paid off. THIS program WORKS just be patient and consistent with your monthly payments and by the time you know it 3 yrs would have passed and you would have been months away from being Debt FREE. It's True that's were I'm at right now. FDR THANK YOU!!!!!

  I gave about 6 payments for $159 and all they did was pay $30 to one credit card and the rest went to fees. I had $330 in my account which I did get back but out of the rest of my money they took. Poor service and didnt do anything for me didnt even make a dent in anything

  I am so glad that I came across Freedom Debt Relief. I just started using them and they have helped me manage and settle one of my debts already. It is such a big relief to have someone working on my behalf. It has taken a great load off of me. They are there on a daily basis to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier.

  Since I chose to go with Freedom debt relief I have settled two of my debts and working on a third settlement.. I had some medical issues that happened unexpectedly and this is what led me to them and I have been very pleased with the results.
