  I called this # by mistake. I spoke to someone who said her name is "*************************"...I was trying to call ****** customer service to find out why I was billed for a subscription I had previously canceled. She told me that I was "under contract" until **** and even if I changed my debit card, they have the means to get my bank to update them. She also said that $300 was scheduled to be taken out of my account and that there had been a "breach" on my account by someone using a similar email and that there was nothing they could do except "mitigate" some of the up coming charges and remove the 2nd person making purchases on my account IF I agree to purchase a different *************** I hung up. She called me back saying "I'm sorry we got disconnected, here is my supervisor *******"...this ******* person explained that they are a division of ****** and can refund me from the old prescription but could not cancel my membership altogether and pushed hard to sell a replacement membership that won't "autorenew" for $279.99 and the unauthorized upcoming purchases will be cancelled....so I was coerced and believing I had NO CHOICE to avoid even further financial hardship. This ********* arranged for a tech person to call me and she set up ****** on my android phone . I looked at my bank account and saw I was charged $279 TWICE!!!! I tried to call back the numbers these people gave me or called me from and my calls did not go through or were forward to a totally different non-related company (ie. Window cleaning) An hour later, someone named "*************************" called me to see if everything went OK and was another party with ******. At this point I realized I was duped, but I still shouldn't have been charged 2 times. I actually was able to speak to someone ACTUALLY at McAfee and found out that Jinigram LLC, a 3rd part purchaser and seller for McAfee that I called by mistake from Googling it is under investigation for scamming people.

  This company represented itself as partnered with McAfee. They are not. I have removed all software they installed and the charge will be disputed with **** of America unless refunded

  I called as my browser was not working, freezing all the time and getting lots of ads. They have resolved the issue. Agent was very polite and helpful.

  I called them to resolve by router issue, There technician are very knowledgeable. Not even fixed my router also speed up by computer & browsing issue. It browse fast and computer works very smooth. Thanks to Jinigram Team

  I have been scrammed by this company. I called McAfee to renew my subscription and the number on the McAfee website was to Jinigram, who said they were ******. I paid them $379 and they are a bogus, scam company. I called and told them I wanted my money back and they refused. I believe ****** is partly to blame as how can they have bogus scam companies on their website. I spoke to ******* and they confirmed they are a scam company. I want my money back.

  Scam!!! Operator made it seem like a McAfee subsidiary. Purchased a product that turns out to be more than double the price from McAfee. All the time I kept asking is this ****** and they lied. Tried to call various numbers and kept on hold and then dropped. They are very bad actors.

  I spent 3 days as a member and felt as if I was scammed.. Im currently trying to get out of their system and get my money back!!!Just dont trust them!!!

  Bought security for my phone from them for $180, Called them back that night decided I didn't want it, **** said it can't be deactivated which is ******** can't get my money back! I smell a scam!!

  They have a search engine called ******. The engine is terrible? It blocks you from many sites including banks and treasurydirect.com. It slows down your computer with unnecessary blocking of sites.. I refuse to use it anymore because it is so cumbersome. I feel like they are a scam it cost $287 for three years plus. They totally take over your computer with their remote desktop app. The bottom line is I do not trust them on my computer they even ask for passwords.

  On the ****** search engine there is a toolbar called "Safe Search". When you search for a site and click on it many times there is a warning that this is an "Unsafe Website". This basically blocks the user from opening up the site. ****** puts the onus on the user to "Request Review". I have requested numerous reviews and absolutely nothing changes. For example the blocked Treasurydirect.gov which is extremely safe. They put the onus on the user and show no results. I do not have the time to do their work and plus they have shown 0 results.
