After searching online for solutions, I found Jinigram online and I'm incredibly grateful for the assistance they provided.When I first reached out to their customer service team I was really impressed, by how professional and committed they were in helping me solve my issue. The technician who helped me was very well informed. Quickly identified what was causing my issue.During the troubleshooting process the technician kindly walked me through each step giving reasons for their actions and making sure I understood and felt at ease, with the solutions they suggested.I must recommend them for online support.

    Talked to them 3/20/24. Their rep ********** as ******************* who I initially thought was Macafee customer service, but assured me they were a McAfee authorized partners. Trusting to this i agreed to a 3 year protection package for a set price. Then went thru installation on four devices,(seemingly successful). I intended to get back to them to install on 2 others. 3/21/24 - My iMac locked up with a message to the effect my computer etc. were compromised. Trying to call the helpline numbers only resulted in voice prompts that had me on hold with music and no help. Apple was able to get me going again and advised i had malware issue. Then tried calling Mcafee customer service(which i thought i did yesterday) and got there. When I ********** my issue and advised that I had help from QIKBAY/Jinigram, the Mcafee rep informed me that they were scammers. I reinstated my Mcafee coverage directly and they fixed my computer issues.3/21/24, continued - I was able to contact ****** only by posing as a new customer, and was finally able to talk to someone identifying as *******************, Amazed, but very annoyed, I insisted on a full refund considering it was less than 24 hours and both product and promise of technical support failed. An offer of a partial refund was offered, but considering the product and service performance, it was not appropriate. This business needs to be investigated.

We have given your product and services on 4 devices. Once Digital software is registered on your email address, it cannot be reused.     Jinigram services are the Best computer software and repair services, I have ever used. They fixed the computer issues, which other companies can do also however the customer services support after the sales is fantastic. They ensure concerns is taken care even if minor issue or any doubt with services. We all want someone to understand for concern and act promptly. That's were they get all stars.     I have used various IT services to fix our electronic however the day, i found them, They have been taking care of electronics(Computer, Tablets, Phone etc) They have certified technician to fix the issues. They ensure customer's get the satisfactory customer service after the sales subscription.Now I have an IT Team to call for all our IT issues.
