On 6-17-25 I requested a full refund for $399.00 plan I agreed to on 6-8-25 due to recent job loss. It was agreed upon a partial refund of $100.00 with customer support rep ******* *****. This agreement was confirmed via email and I would also keep the 3 year plan protection. I sincerely thanked her and she indicated I could expect the refund in 7-10 business days. I later followed up and clarified that I preferred a check refund as I used a check. After 3 months of follow-up I was informed today by ***** in billing that no refund is guaranteed due to technical difficulties , and they would prefer to provide an additional year of protection rather than the promised refund. It is clear to me that this company has no intention of fulfilling their promise and will drag this process out until I give up.

Qikbay aka Jinigram agreed as part of a resolution of an earlier complaint (dated 07/22/2024) not to make sales calls to my elderly mother, whom they had previously scammed out of several hundred dollars. Now they are making sales calls to her again. They are a disreputable company that sells ****** as a 3rd-party vendor as an upcharge.

I am an 88-year-old senior citizen, and I believe JINIGRAM LLC has committed fraud on my credit card for the amount of $379.00. I did not authorize this charge. I looked this business up online and saw that they are involved in other nonauthorized charges that people have reported. JINIGRAM LLC claims to be affiliated with ****** in those cases. I do have McAfee, but this charge for $379.00 does NOT show up on my ****** account history, and my history shows that I was already paid up. There is NO RECORD of this purchase in my ****** account.I tried to call the phone number shown in the description of the credit card charge, and a recorded voice says that the phone number is unable to accept calls. Please help! I barely get by on social security.

This occurred Sept. 12 at approximately 1:19pm est.....I was charged $180 for McAfee total protection plan. I was told i was speaking to a Mcafee employee and was lead to believe fake emails was sent to me and stealing money out of my account to renew Norton Mcafee subscriptions. I was charged $180 to remove the subscriptions and start a new one. When I realized the person wasn't a McAfee employee and asked for my money back he told me it's too late we all already processed it.It is unacceptable and I've did research to the point, they have done this many times before to numerous people. They need to be stopped and I need my money back I have kids to feed and that was all the money I had.

On 9/5, I attempted to contact ****** Antivirus to cancel a recurring subscription on my card. I searched the company and thought I was contacting customer support. I got a man named ***********************. He said he would refund $158.99 for my current subscription. I needed or wanted Antivirus, so once refunded. I inquired about setting up an account in my name as the current account was using my card, but not in my name. So I purchased what I thought was ******* for 3 years at $279. I was offered free technical support, ID threat protection and computer maintenance cleaning for free for one year. I was told that the charge would show up as a third party, Jinigram, LLC. The third party charge is what got me suspicious. The staff was polite and patient and I didn't catch this scam right away. Unfortunately, I gave my credit card number to the salesman. When I purchased the sales support wanted me to install the software right away. I could not as I was driving, so I was asked to email that I received the license key and would install on my own. The reply email then stated that the company has installed on my device. I never consented to this. I wanted to install on my own. The company said that they had to activate the license key to sell me the product. When I called them today for a refund, I told them that I had not installed or used the license key. I had not accessed an account. That I did not give consent to install or activate any products for me. I wanted a full refund. After speaking with *****, he transferred me to **** who told me I could not receive a full refund. I wanted a full refund and cancellation of the product. I attempted to contact Jinigram for a refund. I was told I could only get a partial refund. In the email, they state it was my request. This is untrue. I decided to agree to a partial refund only because I was told I would not receive a full refund, which is actually what I requested.

September 9/2/2024 I called to question charges from McAfee on my bank account. Spoke to someone they had all the information about previous transaction which they agreed to reverse. They continued to threaten that I would be without of virus protection and computer at risk. I agreed to purchase another plan. They reversed the previous monies charged. I purchased another plan using a different credit card.I would not allow them to download any of there software on my computer and told them to call later. Someone followed up however, I put them off until the weekend of September 7th. In the interim, I checked my credit card and the internet and discovered they operated under a different name and I contacted my credit card company and placed a dispute for charges. I have not used their services and will not use their services.

I have had McAfee on my IPhone for security protection since last November. I called them on Aug. 23, 2024 to ask questions of concerns. For some reason I was NOT talking to the legitimate McAfee, but to a company that insured me they were part of ******. They said they needed to get access into my phone to see if there was a virus or if my phone had been compromised. I ended up talking to two different agents for over 2 hours. The first one, **** and the second one ******. **** reminded me that my subscription with ****** was ending in November and that when it renews, it is going to cost $149.00 per month instead of the $64.00 I had on my current subscription. He said ******/ ****** was offering a 3 year subscription for $180.00 and it was such a bargain. Of course, since I am a 72 year old woman, I thought every ***** counts and agreed to the 3 year offer. ****** had me type certain things, scroll through my settings, and download Qikfox to give him access to diagnose any issue. He finally said he had everything fixed. Either ****** or **** had to get my MasterCard number, plus other personal information, to make the final charge to my MasterCard for the $180.00. He said it would show up as Jimigram, LLC on my card. After we hung up, I thought about that for a few minutes and something just didnt sound right so I googled Jimigram,LLC and saw they were SCAMMERS and were NOT apart of ******. I called them back today to stop the order, but to no avail. He was rude, but said the billing department would call me back in a few minutes to refund the $180.00. Of course, that didnt happen. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute claim for them to investigate this fraud and prayfully they will refund my money after they investigate. I am so sad that scammers take such advantage of older people knowing they are not tech savvy and are prone to fall for their offering a bargain to save money. I pray the right thing will be done.
