    The app and thus the cameras are pretty much useless because of the endless ads! If someone was breaking into your home, you would have to go through several ads before you could see anything live. I purchased our cameras and cloud should NOT be subject to this hyper ad harassment!.

    The app leads you to believe that cloud service is an option but in reality the app blocks service with continuous advertising till you purchase cloud, I had trespassing in my property and wanted to give video to police and couldn't retrieve videos, misleading app.

    Absolute worst. I go on the app now and there are all ads. What if there was an emergency and I had to look on the camera right away. And when I finally get through to a camera and want to check another camera it goes to another ad. This used to be a good app now its dog sht! Never buy another camera from you ever

    Kami Cloud is a JOKE! I have a recurring subscription which i've been trying to cancel, which is not possible. They won't let you remove your card, cancel the recurring payment. Don't fall for their scam.

    This company are crooks. I have been trying to cancel my $25 month subscription since May 2025 apparently price went up since the year price expired. They ignored in the beginning and I have been emailing them ever since to cancel. They say they do but it was still active and taking money from my account. I emailed them many times and their reply is we cannot refund your money because your subscription has expired but we can refund the previous month. Still active and taking money from the account in July. I finally sent an email stating I will contact BBB and my bank if they do not cancel and refund my money since May. Now they sent an email stating they will cancel my subscription and refund my last deduction. We will see. I havent used my cameras for months. Once this is final in the trash the cameras go because I wouldnt want someone else to go through this.

    Have had their cameras for years, recently they forced long ads before I can even look at my home live and took away the short previews they used to sell the cameras. Now you cannot reach the service number, ever and the support website has so many emails it bounces new ones. Obviously the company is failing.

    I have had the YI cameras for around 7 years with just a few glitches but pretty happy with the cameras.The issue I have and think it is a BIG SCAM is when I first got the cameras I had 6 second cloud recording. About a year ago I needed to view longer recording so purchased a cloud plan.A year later I canceled the plan and now I can't get the 6 second cloud viewing and add, after add just pop up repeatedly.I did contact them and they stated the 6 second cloud service only.comes with a subscription? Well why would I need a subscription for 6 second recording when the cloud service is full recordings?They then stated they never gave 6 second cloud viewings and I'd need to repurchase a subscription to get the 6 seconds and remove the adds.Funny how I had the 6 seconds for years until I purchased and then canceled my subscription service for full recordings.Stay away from Kami, and I guess YI cameras if they use the Kami cloud services.

    They are currently s******* me right now! I paid for a subscription of a year with cash app. I have a receipt and an invoice number! I left my house feeling it was secure and came home to find it was robbed but even worse there was no recorded video. I thought this must be a mistake! The program was actually froze up and forced me to do a fresh install. Prior it said I had one year subscription paid for with cloud services on four out of five possible cameras. After reinstalling the program, I noticed that it was asking me to pay for a subscription again, how is that after Ive already paid. I logged out of my account and logged back in thinking you must be an error yet it still asked me to pay. My subscription services were missing so I contacted customer support which I am still currently doing. But I can only contact customer support through email which only wrecks their credibility. They are informing me that I dont have an account! Ive shown them receipts, invoices, screenshots, and they keep asking me repeated questions that Ive already been answered. Whats your payment method? What account do you use to login? ***. I responded and asked all the questions but now it seems. We are back in the loop in there starting over. The invoice that I included has an invoice number and they could merely look up that number and its relevant details and see that it belongs to myself, **** ********, and that the services have been paid for yet they have not. To make matters worse, my home was burglarized whike I thought it was safe. So not only am I out by paid for subscription of a year but I also have to be out from everything else from being burglarized. I think its unprofessional of them not to call me at this point. It shows that they do not care, especially in these circumstances. I will update this in the event that I am able to get resolution but as of now all I want is to request refund of all my purchases towards Kami vision cameras bought off Temu and sub

    Absolutely horrible customer service! After charging a duplicate payment, there is no where in the app I can find to cancel the subscription. I have been dealing with their customer service since 01/15/2025 and still can't get a refund for the extra payment. And they actually paired the extra payment to a camera that I don't even have on. ******! Cameras are going in the trash.
