    My mother accidentally disputed two charges that were paid to me. When she realized this, she canceled the disputes. I received notification that these disputes were resolved in my favor. However Venmo support is telling me that my account will remain in suspension status for an additional 75 for open disputes. I have also been operating under an alias username for over 10 years. Venmo now has an issue with that and has double suspended my account. I have sent countless emails and tried calling in to complain about these issues for over a month!I am needing Venmo to research the dispute resolution and actually realize that they have actually resolved the open disputes. I am then needing venmo to delete my account since I have violated the terms and agreements by operating under an alias name.

    On July 25, 2024, I received an email from Venmo requesting me to submit my identification due to alleged unusual activity. After I submitted my ID card digital copy the same day, I received an email from ****************** informing me that my account had been permanently deactivated due to alleged actions and activity have been in violation of this agreement.I have never violated any terms of the agreement, and I have been sending several emails to ******* G and ******* C asking for an explanation and to restore my account, but I never heard from them.I have never violated any agreement, and my account was only used for occasional payments between friends and family. Please restore my account.

    Hello my name is ***************************** I want complaints on Venmo. I having hard time to get my money from them. For me get my money back to me. I have to put one of my bank Name so they can transfer my money from Venmo into another account. I try all my bank it didnt go through. They wont send me a check because they say they cant it got to transfer to my other banks all didnt go through. It gonna be forever I get my money because I cant found no banks. Thanks you ***************************** The amount is $194.00

    I have $18.67 in my venmo account that I want to withdraw but venmo has suspended my account for reasons that they haven't disclosed to me. They told me that they would allow me to link my bank account so I could withdraw my money so I went ahead and linked my bank account but when I went to withdraw my money to it, they wouldn't allow me to do so. I've emailed them numerous times about this and all I get back is promotional emails from them. I need help resolving this issue so that I can withdraw my money and close out my account with them.

    I received 500$ in my Venmo account and never was able to transfer to my funds to my card reach out to Venmo and they immediately jumped to the only contact they want it with me was via email and then I received emails at weird hours 5 AM and 11 PM in the states that theyre open between 7am and 12 midnight and venmo is scammming me they initially stated my id and profile name was issue solve then they mentioned one debit card account give to them and then they ask for 5 more different card accounts they wont let me close my account or anything

    I received a deposit of $150.00 to my Venmo account on 08/14/2024. I made sure that all of my ID information was verified as well as bank accounts through **********************. As soon as I went to move the money to my bank account my account became temporarily suspended. I was confused as to why this happened as I made sure everything was verified. I called Venmo and was told that it was temporarily suspended due to possible fraud. I explained to them that everything from my name to address matched when I was verified and they told me I would have to send in a picture of my ID and it would be unsuspended. I called today, 08/15/2024 because I really need my money to pay a bill and my account was still temporarily suspended. I was then told that they have received all of the documents and that now I have to wait a week for them to verify me. My account still says everything is verified from my identity to my bank account. I need this money urgently and I dont know why they need to hold my money and do another verification when everything on my account is already verified. I just want to get my money so I can pay this urgent bill and get the necessities that I need.

    Recently **** sent the proceeds of a sale to my venmo account. I am trying to get my money out of the venmo account and I am having difficulty. I lost everything I own including my two dogs in a fire in September 2023. This includes my state issued drivers license. My phone number is **********. ********************** says my phone number is associated with a venmo account under my name but the account with the **** funds is another venmo account. I was unaware I have two accounts. I am trying to get my money out of venmo so I can close the venmo accounts because it has been maddening trying to get my money. Today I was able to get into both accounts but the agent told me to log out of one. When I did I am now unable to get back in to transfer the money out. She asked for a photo of. I had previously uploaded it to 4 different agents. All previous agents accepted the id and helped me with the next steps. This time the agent did not like my state issued id. She said it was expired. It may be expired but since I lost everything I own every other business had accepted it including venmo. I just want my money out of venmo so I can close the venmo accounts for good.

    Hello, I have been using Venmo by PayPal for about 2 years, I use it to only pay my home cleaning service, I decided to add a teen account for my brother for allowances and chores last month June. I have been adding and transferring money just fine for two weeks now for my brother and all of a sudden they froze mine and his account. I had to email them to see whats going on, they couldnt even tell me why and now I have been going back and forth with them via email on them needing to verify my ID, I sent them my driver license and bank statement. They requested the bank statements for two cards ending in the 4 digits, one of those cards I lost about 1 year and some months ago and not longer have access to the statements, also I dont even have that card on file for Venmo. I spoke to my bank and they cant locate as well. They wont unfreeze or give the money back $162.66 without that one card information even though they have my other bank statement and drivers license stating its me. I have run out of options to get my money back, this is extremely frustrating and bad business.

    Someone hacked my account and spent some money out of my account.I then call ********************** and report it this happened about a couple of weeks ago. Venmo lock and suspended my account. They told me send in some information which I did. Now they tell me I need to send in more information if I want my money out of the account. I told them I just want to close the account and just to send me a check with the remaining balance in the account. They refused and told me I need to send in some more information.

    I opened a a bount on line and tried to make a transaction and they drove my account taking my money then holding it 3 to five business days then they unfrozen my account and i tried to get my money off the account and they froze it again saying it's gonna be 7 working days to unfreeze it so they have stolen my money ...
