I included the correspondence in my uploaded information emails and the referral number. *** also contacted resources such as expert in the field. I currently have $636 dollars in venmo and I randomly got my account frozen due to what I believe are disputes with the company ****. These disputes have gotten my money refunded due to the packages not ever being delivered to my address. Venmo asked for my Id verification but they do this exact same thing to people and never follow through with unfreezing the funds. I had a direct deposit that was supposed be deposited on 11/04/2024 and the deposit never showed so I messaged Venmo through their app since that is the only way to contact them, who the deposit was supposed to go through and they told me they have no clue as to where my deposit is and said that they would look further into it. Got a message back the next day say that they still dont know where my deposit is. So I checked with the unemployment office for Nebraska again and they gave me information stating that the deposit was sent to the bank and that they were holding on to the funds and not letting it go through. Now I am beyond furious that this so called company lied and acted clueless to taking money and holding it. I completed 2 separate transactions by Venmo to a receipient who never sent me my items. While I am aware this is my fault, there is an inadequate system set up by Venmo for ways to address this complaint, share the username, to make sure this persons count is restricted so they are unable to do this to someone else. Venmo has a customer service number that you can get hold of a live person and the chat feature is not much better. Venmo should be more vigilant in not letting a scammer scam again. They have already done this to at least 2 people.Business Response

I am unable to log in to my Venmo account because I changed my phone number. Ive asked Venmo to update my account with my new number and allow login with my email, so I can access my funds.
