      ADOBE IS horrible BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL SINCE JULY CALLED A DOZEN TIMES SICK OF IT a DISGRACE.... DO THEY EVEN BOTHER TO MAKE AN EFFORT. I AM GOING TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AS WELL THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE (YA I KNOW THAT WOULD BE LIKE GOING TO ADOBE) THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

      I paid for a subscription for my daughter who is in college 8/2022. I've been trying to cancel since 6/2023 and I'm still trying to cancel. She didn't use it all summer. Here we are in September and ** still trying to cancel because she purchased it for herself on her own personal account. So now we are both paying. It wont let me use chat, keeps saying reach out to an administrator, the cancel subscription button does not exist. It just keeps going in circles opening up new tabs with no help. They keep billing me every month. Its super shady and i need help.

      They trap in users and make it extremely difficult for customers to leave. Their representatives will hang up on you repeatedly when you tell them you want to cancel your subscription. Then they reneg on cancel anytime and charge you a hefty fine for canceling. I recommend a thorough review of this business cancelation practices.

      Adobe refused to fix a billing issue, and rather than canceling my subscription as they said they would, unknowingly to me the agent set me up on an annual plan. 2 months go buy of me getting charges for a service I used 1 time. It is a game of cat and mouse trying to get help on the matter. Adobe agent finally tells my I must pay 60 dollars for an early termination fee. I refused and have had to lock my accounts from them and I still see them trying to charge me 40 dollars every day. Very predatory and deceptive. Buyer beware.

      One question have you ever tried to cancel a subscription to these people or a trial good luck on that one these people sweat me like jock itch on a d*** and I have canceled this account and subscriptions five wait excuse me today makes six times I've tried to canceling and they still will not cancel it I don't know what the problem seems to be but you can't speak to an actual person good luck with that one

      They trick you into a subscription that you can't cancel and then they automatically renew it so there is no escape. They have no customer service and the chat abandons you as soon as they find out you want to cancel. Sad to see a company like Adobe become a scam like this. I'm going to take the cancelation fee hit just to get away from them. Warn any potential user that once ********************** has the ability to charge you, there will be not escape. Don't fall for any of their "free trials" and stay clear of their products.

      08/19/23 - Adobe refused to fix a billing issue where their own promotional code expired, causing me to be charged $52.99 a month for their Creative Cloud subscription. By their own records, they can see that I never downloaded anything other than PS or LR. After 5 months, I caught the billing error. They own me $160 at least in over charges. Both of their chat agents, ***** and ********, abandoned the chat and refused to resolve the issue. It is astounding the level of absolute callous behavior that Adobe allows for their customer service. Needless to say, I'll be filing with the *** and anyone else I can. Consumers don't have enough of a voice anymore, and we need to stand up for ourselves.

      I used the Adobe Acrobat Pro 7 Day free trial. It wasn't what I hoped it would be so I cancelled it the same day I started the trial. Despite this, Adobe tried to charge my credit card after the 7 days. I contacted support and the chatbot sent me to a page to cancel the subscription. The link sent me to an error page. I was then transferred to a human. That human refused to cancel my subscription and kept trying to get me to sign up for different subscriptions. I finally got so fed up I yelled at said human and he finally cancelled my subscription. The entire process took nearly an hour. It was ridiculous.

      adobe systems- adobe website and software- Shady business practice. sad because the programs are so good. But they absolutely take advantage of customers. Also their projects and account is what do you call, in house kept on their own server so they can see everything about your projects. That's not shady enough, but the registration is like a bait and switch. You think you are paying for a cancel anytime month to month billing system, and then without any bills or emails, they just start charging you. and then a cancellation fee if you don't pay for a whole year. ludicrous. In addition to all that, under the menu in the account, things are not transparent. my credit card and all that info, contract all seems have disappeared and I can no longer locate them. Probably to protect themselves from clients collecting proof for prevention of safeguard against law suits. Which they totally deserve so they will change these unethical business practices. What happened Adobe?! So many suits deciding your fate is not good for your look and company. You used to be great.

      I had subscribe to Adobe Reader which is suppose to be totally free instead they charged me for $14.03 for the Adobe ***************** Because they had charged be for 3 months, they will not give a refund.This is their response by email: This email confirms that you canceled your **************** DC subscription. You will continue to have access to your subscription tools and online services until the end of your billing cycle on 12-September-2023 (PT). After this date, your account will revert to a basic, free level of membership.If you change your mind or have done this in error, you can easily reactivate your subscription.I think they are a greedy company and they make it hard to stop any unsubscribe their programs.

      Apologies for the poor experience. We found that the customer subscribed to an **************** DC subscription with an annual commitment in March 2023 and there is a ***** of 14 days where a customer can cancel and get refunded.

      We have initiated a refund of last 3 months' transaction as a goodwill gesture. The credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to the same payment method.
