"the installation damaged our building, company refuses to admit fault. They will drill through your roof and walls without a thought about how much this will cost to fix in the future."

"It appears that as recent as the past few weeks, Monkeybrains doesn't allow connection to certain sites including REMOVEDor the REMOVEDhelp site so I'm unable to download an agent that the REMOVEDhelp desk instructed me to download to troubleshoot the REMOVEDclient issue (It doesn't detect my internet connection, so I'm assuming Monkeybrains is using DNS to block some sites).Interestingly enough, I tried using Speedtest by REMOVED, a site I've used for years to determine connection speeds and it look like that site has been severly throttled by Monkeybrains as well."
