      Ubisoft links a game system account to their account and in their account it is backlinked to the game system account, they encourage you to use two-factor authentication, but once it is on, if you lose the 6 codes they provide, and can no longer get into the account, they will not turn it off regardless of how much data you supply proving you created and own the account, My account created when they were under a different name, had the 2 factor turned on in 2018 but the codes were lost when a system crashed, and i ended up replacing it, they take days to answer a support email, and have now made it even harder to get support by stopping their support chat, and pushing everyone to use discord where there is never anyone there to support you. it is hard enough when you can just uninstall an start over but with the linking on the back end and zero support, and refusal to help you get into an account that you own, it seems they need to find a better way to secure the back end data, meaning a two-door system, one for the financial and one for the gaming end, i'd give them a zero if i could but the lowest rating is 1, when they refuse to help and insist on being completely incompetent on a recovery process where they generated a no win scenerio they deserve a class action brought against them.

      My gaming account was stolen and this company told me its my fault and there is no way to recover my account that contains personal and financial information. I may have to contact a lawyer over a gaming account because the lack of support from this company is the worst IN THE ******

      I have wasted months of my time hoping to gain access to my Ubisoft account. I had a video game gifted to me through my steam account which is linked to the Ubisoft service called Uplay. Over several months time i have made every possible effort to get into contact with Ubisoft regarding an account through their service Uplay that i have spent much time utilizing as well as spending money through their service as well.Due to having spent money on the company Ubisoft, for the video games that are accessible through Uplay - I have decided to file a complaint like so many others who have gotten nowhere with money that has essentially been thrown out the window by a company that no longer cares how much money goes wasted by its consumers.Going further into detail - I have gone to *****'s website and attempted to recover my account through the same process that any company with a website would have you do. This incluides attemping to log into your account and not being able to do so. The next step is to click the link stating that you have forgotten your password. The Ubisoft website states clearly that they have sent a recovery email to the email provided when attempted to reset your password. However, after many days of doing password resets with continued confirmations that a recovery email has been sent to me there still remains no recovery emails in any of the email addresses i have provided to ubisoft.My recovery attempts also include filing case tickets to their website where i have received case numbers regarding account recovery and months have gone by with no response from ubisoft and my account remains unrecoverable.The biggest letdown is that they have rights to a game im very passionately seeking to play currently and having no success in being able to do. I am someone who also cannot afford to make a new account and repurchase the game and its content, which had oringally been given to me free of charge with added purchases over the years.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.The company is a scam. they care more about $20 than keeping customers. PC games are unreliable. Would not refund; my system is proven capable of running game. I cant imagine how stupid the management is to allow this policy of customer disloyalty. The video game maker is simply not worth your time or money. TIME TO BOYCOTT!!

      I am kinda scammed by this company. I finished online tasks which I can make money based on the commission, they blocked my money due to unfinished task but the amount that I need to deposit in order to continue to the task is very high ($1913). And the amount that hold (its my possession) is $ ****. I couldn't even pay my rent. I am in extremely difficult situation .

      Terrible support. They take forever to respond to you with issues that you have. Terrible response times. Their live chat is literally only from like 8am to 11am. Like this company is terrible, they dont give a **** about their constituents clearly!!

      They hire their staff based on how low their IQ is, i asked for a refund and they kept asking me for a screen shot of why. i kept telling them i cant play one of their games i want a refund. they kept asking for a error after many times requesting a refund. i will contest the charges with my bank. worst customer service. this scam company needs to be shut down
