I bought Ubisoft's latest game: ************** I paid $100 for the Premium Package of the game. I attended their open Beta, enjoyed the game content that was available to me, however, there is a glitched questline called The Helm. This is a portion of the game that is suppose to supply continued online content. It has been available to many friends of mine that have purchased the regular version of the game (and those who have purchased the premium as well), but I am unable to proceed with the game. Instead of the game being competitive... it is now putting me at a severe disadvantage. Ubisoft informed me that the problem had been fixed. I logged in and checked for updates and my game still does not let me proceed where others are allowed to. This is preventing me from accessing some of the best items in the game and therefore I am being targeted by those who are able to get those upgrades. This has taken a mental toll on me when in the game due to Ubisoft's inability to assist in any real manner. A full refund would be acceptable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times to no avail.

I purchased Heroes of might and magic 6 physical collector's edition from their store in 2011. I did not download the game right away. I tried to download it months later, and this was their response:"We understand that you want to download your game again. As a one time courtesy, We have reset your order's download expiration until 12/26/11 12:01:59 AM CST to allow additional attempts."So a game that I purchased, and I am not allowed to download it..that's just pure insanity.A few years later, I wanted to buy the same game on steam, because I was sick of all the different Ubisoft launchers that they kept changing all the time. After I purchased the game and tried to launch it, the Ubisoft launcher said I needed a CD Key! I checked if there was any CD key attached to the game, but there was none. I sent a complaint to their support, and it took them 5 weeks to just respond, and this was their response:"If you are still experiencing issues with your content, please first review this FAQ and ensure you have attempted to activate your content properly for the platform you are using:Should you continue to experience issues and your case has been closed, you can re-open this ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible."Of course now they have shut down servers for games I have purchased, like Heroes 6. Heroes 6 is mainly a single-player game, yet Ubisoft decided to put online-only features, like the interface where you can get certain items that level up through your playthrough, and the bestiary. In practice, the game won't even start anymore! Apparently I need to bypass the Ubisoft authentication somehow to get the game to start.I also realized that all Ubisoft games cannot be shared through steam family sharing, unlike most of the **** + games in my library.Last year their CEO blamed the developers for the company having a bad year, and now they backup all their practices by saying they want gamers to get used to not owning their games.

I'd rate Ubisoft lower if I could. Charging people to buy a game with the promise of support, but with no actual way for you, the consumer, to properly access that support. There is no working phone number to call the support team, any message on their official website is read at the leisure of the support team with at best a long wait time and at worst your message is ignored completely, and their new discord app forces a two hour wait time per message and locks you out of specific help boards unless a support member sees your singular message among the masses and approves that you can look at those locked boards. This is quite possibly the worst support I've ever seen. It's as if they are purposefully doing this so that consumers can't get refunds.

Support is severely lacking. They have the audacity to charge $70 for their games and then don't have a support team that can handle the amount of people who buy the games, don't have servers that run, and don't have a working password reset email. Overall a mess of a company.

Absolutely horrible customer service and support. Their new ********************** + service is a joke. As I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a response in regards to their product. They finally responded and said that there was nothing that they could do and then just directed me to some generic link that doesnt help at all. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone, as I accidentally purchased it on the wrong account and simply wanted to apply to the correct account, was told they couldnt do that and then told to check on a refund, to only then find out from them that they dont do refunds in the US ( but they do offer it in several other countries). Mind you when I submitted the ticket with their customer service, it was still the same day that I had purchased the service (it had literally only been a couple hours before I realized the mishap).

countless problems with the games they are releasing as "complete", charging full price just for the game to be filled with constant errors and server issues. You spend more time waiting for thier games to be fixed rather than playing them.

Canceled Ubi+ because its pretty c*** and I didn't have the finances for it (I value eating thank you very much). Ubisoft didn't honor the cancellation, renewed the sub, took the money, and overdrafted an account, taking the last bit of money I needed to survive until payday. And CS won't even respond. What an awesome company I LoVe ThEiR GaMeS sO mUcH

Allow players to cheat and stalk other players. Personal and private information is easily obtained. So many laws and civil rights are violated. Noone cares and doesn't even do anything about the issues being reported. Someone needs to step in because there are plenty of people that need jobs and would be more than willing to step up and be a fair honest person because there are plenty of opportunities available being stolen from these evil hackers.
