      I played a email change on April 23 they have not changed it at all its may 3 as I have been of writhing this review they are not helpful at all

      Ubisoft has the worst customer service I have ever had to experience in my entire life. There is no way to contact a real human being unless you're okay with waiting 4 weeks for a response.

      my account was hacked and i sent a support ticket 3 weeks ago but still no response. i have spent so much time and money on this game so its making me not want to restart. Ubisoft support is the worst thing ever. if you have a hacked account or a broken account i recommend just restarting

      My account had gotten hacked 2 weeks ago and so I made a support ticket for them to try and get my account back and I waited 1 week... no answer, so I figured maybe they didn't get it so I did another ticket... no answer 1 week later so at this point I'm tired of it so I decide to make a new account just to find out i have to buy the game again to make an account.Worst support I have ever seen in my life. I want my money back.

      I have recently bought from Ubisoft for credits of rainbow 6 siege. And all I tried to do is get support to help me with getting that account back after it was lost. But guess what no response on all 6 tickets I put in for support in my email. I am very mad that they are just going to ignore me like that.

      I have been playing Rainbow Six Siege for over the past 5 years. After a long break I come back to my account being permanently banned for cheating. This is insane.. I have spent do much money on this game. Why and how would I cheat on a playstation game that I have invested hundreds of dollars worth? When I try to reach out via form submission or email I get nothing. This is unacceptable. I either need my consmetic items refunded or my account back. How do I go about this?

      Been having an ongoing issue with support for over a month now. Giving them all the information they need. I keep getting Bot like response with no real solutions. Haven't been able to play the game I bought for over a month now. They take forever to respond and when they do its usually the same response as the last one. Just giving me the run around and not actually helping. Will not support this company anymore. A revamp of their customer support needs to happen as many others have had this same issue. Not being able to play a game you paid for is criminal.

      I made an account on their website and it brought me to a white page when I tried to log in. The white page sat for an hour refreshing it once in a while and it still didn't do anything. I had to close the page out and when I did this a couple times it said I had to wait a certain amount of time to try signing in because of failed attempts. So because the site wasn't letting me log in I tried installing the launcher and the the launcher would seem like it was trying to log me in. However after a few moments it would go back to the screen it was at before showing I wasn't logged in. When I finally managed to get logged in I was able to to buy the game I wanted to get but wasn't able to install it because the website and launcher logged me out again. Now I'm trying to dispute the $64.04 charge with my bank considering they basically just took my money because I can't install the game because they have a terrible website and launcher. You can't send a message to the website's help team unless your logged into the site either so I can't even reach customer support to cancel that purchase that I never got to even find in downloads.

      I purchased assassin's creed 4 black flag via steam. I had an account linking issue and the ticket was open for 7 days. Ubisoft asked for information and I provided it. Afterwards I did not receive any update on the situation nor if it was even being worked. I was straight ghosted. Therefore I decided to refund the game via steam. Steam deserves a 5/5 for refunding the game the same day. However, Ubisoft has failed in every aspect imaginable. I implore you to never purchase one of their games ***************** reason if something does go wrong. Or more so when it goes wrong they will more than likely be unable to help.

      wont respond to account recovery claims and I have been making tickets for months now
