      They make good games, however they are a rip off. Their games are very expensive and filled with pay to win content. The customer support is so hard to get ahold of and they dont even have a number to call or anything, just a ticket system. If you do submit a ticket you wont hear back for months and then it just gets deleted.

      I have trying to get in touch with Ubisoft for over a month now since my account has been hacked.I have made 2 tickets and even emailed them with all the evidence of the hackers changing my password, and the email in which they changed it to. I still can login to my account through the links I had, but I cannot reset the email as it is forcing me email the request to the email the hackers had put on my account. I have had my account for over 10 years and have purchased games and material on this account. I am extremely upset with their customer service.

      I have been trying to get in contact with support because my account was hacked. Instead I'm pretty sure they've been deleting my case and haven't even tried to help me. I even tried messaging their ******* account but that was a fail. Ubisoft by far has the worst customer service out of any game company.

      I tried getting ahold of support and they havent really helped. I have my phone number connected to my account and it says that it isnt connected when I go to play ranked. Literally cant even use my account to play what I want.

      This company is awful. Bought just dance 24 for my kid- it closes randomly all the time-- extremely known issue-- and they do absolutely nothing to fix it. I file a report with them and they wait 2 weeks to respond then they say that ask if it has been solved (it has not) and then they close my request for no reason. Repeat- claim same service. No refund- its an unplayble game- literally just stealing money from consumers. Incredibly frustrtaing.

      I have made several requests for help on their support page and they wont respond or reply to my emails so I can get my account fixed the email address that I put on the account that I have on there was misspelled and that email doesnt exist and Im locked out from access my games

      I've been waiting for almost a month now and finally heard from a rep only to be told they cant resolve my issue I have no idea what is going on.All i requested is that my phone number be added to my account and all i was sent was links describing the problem.I don't understand why i would have to wait a month just to be told sorry that's your problem when all its an adjustment made to a game that I paid money for and now cant play with my friends because they decided to add a number restriction for no reason.Their disregard for a customer problem just shows the lack of willingness to understand the actual issue.If any one know a solution to adding a phone number to my account so I can play Rainbow Six Seige with my friends please reach out to me on ubisoft.MarmCZ

      I've been entangled in a frustrating three-month ordeal with Ubisoft's customer support. Their blatant disregard for customers is astonishing. I've had four separate support tickets closed without any resolution or follow-up. It's baffling how a company of this size can operate with such contempt for its customers.

      A company that is pushing anti-consumer practices on the very people that it serves. Making sure it is known that nobody owns anything whether that is in physical or digital medium. Their products, as well as their support, are far from acceptable and need to be made more aware of in terms of subpar quality.As for their support don't bother. It takes you over a month to hear back in regards to any issue and at best you will get an AI-generated response. At worst you won't hear anything back, or you will have your ticket pre-emptively closed.This company needs to be held accountable for their stain on the gaming industry. More people need to be aware that companies like Ubisoft are NOT to be supported, and they deserve nothing less than the complete closing of their doors.

      Contact it support to see if the division 2 ultimate edition came with the content I was looking for support sent me a link to the page that shows me what all the different editions of the division 2 contain it didn't clarify whether it gave the content I was looking for contacted support again saying that it didn't clarify what I was looking for and then they sent me another link to the page again without explaining contacted them for a third time telling them that it didn't clarify what I was looking for and they still haven't responded in a month
