      Been having the same issue as most of the complaints here. Cannot play ranked in RB6 because of your 2 factor authenticator.I have been contacting Ubisoft support for nearly a month & a half, where their support gave me the same response that they cannot help me, that my number is suspicious and cannot ne added etc.I have tried over 10 different phone numbers where each gave me the same error when adding it to my account.I have tried multiple "solutions" but still nothing Works. This is ridiculous. I might be asking for a refund and more as this should be considered as a scam. I would not have bought this game KNOWING that I would not ne able to play ranked.This is an arrogant way to do business with your clients, and very sad.

      i've been a subscriber of Ubisoft plus and recently I decided I wanted to cancel my subscription after the $17 didn't seem worth it anymore and to my dismay no matter how much I try on the website you were purposely given the runaround and links that just wink you back to homepages there is no way to actually cancel your subscription now on the website I find this extremely predatory during a time when I know you're going bankrupt.

      They have killed the old servers for the original Assassin's Creed Multiplayer. I have been conversing with them for hours today since waiting for a response nearly a week ago after purchasing AC2 on Steam which still remains inaccessible. I am truly tired of dealing with this and I just wanted to play it before I ended up getting busy again.

      HI i have logged 1000+ hours into siege in the past 4 or so years. I took a little break from the game, and when I came back they added a new system where you need to link your phone number to play ranked. I then went to my ubisoft profile management and added my number, only to be met with a "unable to use phone number" or something along those lines. Then I attempted to use my family members phone number, and then I faced a message reading "This action couldn't be processed due to too many attempts in a short period of time. Please try again later." Being as patient as possible, i wait around a day before trying again. I then tried again to see the exact same message. (I did close the tab and everything before trying again). Please fix this ubisoft, all i want to do is play ranked games with my friends again.

      hello this company is horrible, i made a ticket last month and still havent got any response, im trying to regain access to my account and ********************** is so horrible that they cant even respond, which is embarrassing because i am a known streamer for making content for rainbow six siege yet im getting treated like this.

      I got my account hacked and filled many tickets to get help getting it back and they havent answered any its been a week they were never like this before

      Ubisoft has the worst customer service I've ever seen in 36 years on this planet. It is an hellish nightmare to juggle through the way they deal with cases. Every reply is from a different representative that doesn't take the time to read the previous communication transcripts. I didn't even think an experience so bad was even humanly possible. To resolve an issue that should take minutes at most, I'm currently in a two days back and forth with them asking questions previously answered and replying with clearly autoformatted responses that do not even cover a tenth of the information covered in the whole case. Companies like that shouldn't exist. They do not care about their customer, not one bit.

      As much as I love the games that Ubisoft has released, they've become horrible over the years. Recently, I wanted to have my games transferred because I hadn't used one account for many years but it has a few games that I still play through Steam. I created a 2nd account because I'd forgotten about my old account and it was created before Ubisoft required Steam be linked to them. So, I contacted customer support to have my accounts combined so I didn't have to constantly log in or out of accounts to access all of my PC games and my old account was still under a compromised email. Waited over month before finally getting a response. The first person I spoke with was actually really helpful. However, every time I responded, the customer service representative would change. The worst part was that the longer this went on, the less helpful these representatives were. Ultimately, they stated they could not transfer my games to my newer account and would not state the reason why even though they have a help page that specifically states that they can transfer games one time. Below is the partial transcript of the final message. The stupidest part was they eventually transferred the help request from the account that was secure to the account that had a compromised email. **************** was completely useless and, since they don't even follow what they say, I'll probably never buy another Ubisoft game. It ***** since there are a few that look awesome but not awesome enough to deal with this bullcrap.Please note that the transfer is possible only under certain circumstances, and your account is not eligible for a game transfer at the moment. Although we are unable to provide more details as to why, you can log in to the Ubisoft account instead since the e-mail address has been updated.

      I logged out of my ubisoft on accident i have tried to do the password reset atleast 100 times i never end up receiveing the email i have also emailed ubisoft support with 0 response. i have spent hundreds of dollars on siege and other games just for it to all be gone i still have access to the email but i never get the reset link
