      Possibly the worst customer support on the planet. For a company as big as ubisoft and to bring in the yearly revenue they due, it is a slap in the face to the people who purchase their products to receive little to no support at all. Not only did they not reply to my support ticket after their initial response, their support hours are from like ****am est and they don't advertise the one phone number to call as i literally had to search to ************* I am stuck not being able to use the product i purchased and no way to get in touch. Sounds like ubisoft is becoming one large scam company. will never purchase another product from ubisoft again.

      Literally one of the most out of touch careless companies still out there. Their support system is non existent only having live chat for 2 hours a day in the very early morning hours PST. When I forget my password and they lock me out telling me to reset it. I go reset it and try and log in and they tell me Im locked out anyways keeping me from playing any game that requires me to log in to Ubisoft connect. Overall just a horrible organization when it comes to customer support. Not to mention I accidentally made a purchase using in game credits one time and they refused to refund me even though it was over 20 dollars of an item that I will literally never use (7 day renoun booster) horrible company.

      Completely *********** and chooses to ignore their paying customers when they have issues with any of their product. Posted an issue that is plaguing numerous users on their very confusing and ineffective discord chat only to have them tell me to create a ticket with support on their website which has been completely ignored. Other users are also complaining about their support tickets being ignored. This is an absurd misuse of trust and borderline scam behavior by a large company.

      Buys game on steam and then forces me to use their broken launcher. It's terrible and no way to get around it. terrible company with a terrible launcher.

      Dont do their job. Steal money from their player base. Allow cheating. Make it impossible to contact. Have to go through third party battlenet. Really need to get screwed by the government. Lets make a new government position and get rid of ESRB since the gaming companies wont manage themselves.

      Terrible customer service, so many cost cutting measures tied into making very convoluted security theater. From login issues, to constantly putting DRM on paid materials, terrible working conditions and terrible pricing models, I almost made the mistake today of using my Ubisoft Connect account until their 2FA process stopped me from logging in due to no alternative multi-factor options and a phone I haven't had since 2016. Meanwhile I have to wait days for their customer service to decide whether I casually play a game with my friends. Absolutely abysmal company

      Customer support is useless, I was paying for their subscription service and It never worked. I tried contacting support multiple times where I was constantly passed around and given the same copy paste troubleshoot methods which never worked. I will never buy or reccomend an ubisoft game ever again. I would give 0 stars if possible

      100 percent agree with others here. Ubisoft customer support does not even attempt to help their customers. Their in game purchase for Breakpoint DLC offered the product at ***** CAD so I clicked to purchase. It then changed the price to ***** CAD. The button below said click to review your order which I did and it purchased the **** I did not have a chance to review and they refuse to refund me. I put the refund request in via their ticketing system within 10 minutes yet they keep saying that I have exceeded 2hrs play time and 14 days have passed since the purchase. It has now been 10 days since the purchase so I would love to know how that math works. I recommend anyone reading this never buy one of their games. They cheat people and ****************** will not even discuss the issue with you. Just put in the same copy and paste responses over and over. I have been a customer for 12 years and will never buy anything from them again.

      Customer support is absolutely useless. The only way you can get them to even remotely help you is threatening to never play, recommend, or buy there games again. I spent 2 months with customer support running me though all kinds of hoops just to tell me that I must have been cheating or boosting then when they realized how moronic they are they magically have all these reports of the same problem and if you jump through these other hoops we can get you a specialist ????. I will NEVER play or buy or recommend another game backed by or in business with Ubisoft.

      The worst customer support. It isn't just bad, it is nonexistent. The 2 step verification system they have for Uplay/Uconnect does not work properly, and if you have trouble getting the email, they want you to use codes they sent in an email when it was first set up (for me that was over 5 years ago).So if that doesn't work, you have to go through this ghost network of customer support that has a phone number with an automated message telling you to use the chat feature that is open for like 2 hours a day (sometimes not open). You can put in a case, you can also wait for days with no response. Eventually you'll get some help, maybe. But it's gonna seem pretty hopeless until you do. Like "nobody can hear you, scream all you want" kinda hopeless.
