    Tomo credit is stealing and over charging on weekly transactions I would like to be refunded they are not fair and stealing is not it multiple people have complained on this app

    Customers who choose weekly  autopayments are set-up for payments to be deducted on a weekly basis for charges that they made. No addtional fees are charge for this weeklly auto payment service by TomoCredit.

    On March 19 my Tomo Cred card account was hacked and someone spent $100 on my card. I tried to call their customer service line for hours upon hours and I cannot get through to a live person. *** tried emailing and no one gets back to you. On the morning of March 21st. Someone tried to use my account/card several more times at Various sites such as Uber and Cashapp. At that point Ive already locked my card. Ive been trying to contact Someone to help me from Tomo so I can cancel my account and issue me a refund but their customer service is non-existent .

    Hello,My name is ***********************. I have an account with TomoCredit *** Charge Card.I do not need this account/Charge card anymore and I want to close my account with them.I requested to close my account/Charge card with them via 3 emails and they are not closing it for me, even I have no balance on it. All my transaction paid the following day. The balance paid off completely and the balance now is 0.00.Please assist in completing my request.Thank you very much!***********************

    I received a notice that a new account was opened on my credit from this bank. I located the companies phone number / website as reported on the credit profile, and they do not have any phone support beyond an automated system that tells you to log into your account. I emailed on 6 different occasions letting them know this was a fraudulent account, and as of yet have still not received a reply. On one of the contact attempts on their website, they had a chat agent, but that agent required that I provide a card number for a card I never received or authorized, and would not talk to me without this information. Every attempt I have made to contact this bank has been non-responsive. I need this account that was not authorized to be closed immediately and removed from my credit profile. To date, I still show no balance on this card, however, I fear that whomever fraudulently opened the account may start charging on it at some point.

    I was denied even though I meet the requirement that they ridiculously have and next thing I know Im getting notifications my information has been breached constantly. After getting denied it doesnt allow you to delete your banking information that they shouldnt have access to once they deny you. I have emailed them and they just ignore my emails. I know its them that this causing so many issues with my credit also they shouldnt say no credit check or any of that when they definitely look into that. They are nothing but a scam and need to go out of business because you dont do anything but steal peoples identitys and rob their accounts I mean just look at the other complaints z they are s***** people who scam and lie

    Applied for this Tomo credit card in August of 2022, and the application is still pending till today 3/6/23. Sent emails in regards to what is going on, and no response. This business (Tomo) seems like an unprofessional scam of issuing bogus credit. How does an application pend for nearly 7 months with no follow up as to approval or denial.

    Based on a review of this matter, it appears  this customers application was denied, the customer did not pass our Know Your Customer (KYC )process , as required to help  prevent fraud. The customer attempted to re-apply and the application was denied.

    **** has fraudulently told Equifax that I have an open account with them. I closed/Tomo closed my account last year. I paid off my balance in full and the account was closed. I called and verified this multiple times. I sent multiple emails confirming the account was closed. However, **** continues to report this account as an open account to credit bureaus. It's clear they are doing this because they are trying to inflate their count of active users and this is fraudulent and deceitful to their investors and prospective investors. It is also dishonest and frustrating beyond belief.

    I can now no longer sign into the Tomo account that was created for me just to check my credit from them. But I applied for this card and was denied and for no reason because I make well over what they are asking for and somehow they also said they could not verify my identity so they have four accounts on me and I'm requesting that all of the accounts except for one which is this one that I've sent the information over be closed out and wiped out of their system so that I can apply for this card again and get this card. I have contacted **** help multiple times no one will respond they will not answer me I cannot get a manager I cannot call them I cannot do anything I have records of trying to contact them as well multiple emails. I want a response.

    I applied for the Tomo Card on Dec13th I have reached out to Tomo via Email multiple times.Including 2/22 via Instagram and ******** I have recieved no response as to the status of my application.- Either by email, phone, or reg mail.No information regarding whether or not I have been approved, denied, etc has been provided Each time I have been advised that my account is under Manual Review The only people that have reached out was *********(Dec 15, 2022, 11:38 AM PST), ******(Dec 24, 2022, 4:45 PM PST / Jan 16, 2023, 4:11 PM PST)Both individuals responed with similar replies ****** (Tomo)Jan 16, 2023, 4:11 PM PST Hi ***********!
