I am continually getting charged and getting sent marketing emails after I have emailed them NUMEROUS times to cancel and please stop charging my card. The responses I get are pretty much attempting to coerce me into paying for EVEN MORE and I dont even see any difference to my credit, just tons of daily emails from my bank from tomo trying to charge my bank. I tried to take care of this issue via email communication with them, and they are vaguely refusing to close my account, and all payment methods associated with the account.Initial Complaint

I sent an email to this company back in march letting them know I wished to cancel the membership as the program was not what I thought it was. They did not honor the cancellation request and continued to charge me monthly fees and never responded so I emailed them again and told them this they responded and said they would cancel I asked for them to refund all of the fees since they didnt cancel when requested and kept charging me. They responded that the membership fees state they are non refundable. I told them I understand that but since I asked for them to cancel and they didnt they need to refund all the months since then. They have since stopped responding to my emails and have not refunded the fees and they still have not cancelled the membership and that was 2 weeks ago nowInitial Complaint

I have never worked with or asked for information from Tomo yet I get dozens of emails and texts from this company every single day. I have blocked them and they just change their phone text number. Will NEVER work with a company like this ever. This is harassment at this point.Initial Complaint

I paid TomoCredit approximately $1,000 for services through their TomoCard program. On April 23, 2025, I received an email from TomoCredit informing me that the card service was paused indefinitely due to "system updates" and that they could not provide a timeline for reactivation. I never received any services for my payment.On June 20, 2025, I contacted both Tomo and my bank (********************* VACU) to request a full refund. Tomo claimed the service was canceled because I requested a refund, but no refund has been issued. My bank is now in the process of trying to recover the funds, and I have also asked Tomo to update their records to assist **** with that process.Despite multiple efforts to resolve the issue directly with TomoCredit, including an email warning I would escalate the issue if it was not resolved by July 8, 2025, I have received no resolution or refund.Initial Complaint

I paid for tomo credit boost and credit repair with a $30,000 credit line which I never recieved nor have Tomo reported any payments or applied an accurate credit report to the credit bureaus. I have sent numerous emails no response or acknowledgement has been given. They blantly ignored me as a consumer .I am highly dissapointed & very insulted about how ************ has completly ignored this siutation. I have emailed and tried to cancel services with Tomo Credit they always reply with automated reply email asking why I would like to cancel I have filled out all the correct forms to try to cancel services they never get back to me and are continuing to charged my card on file. I never use their services and would really like a refund for all charges. I have also tried to get in contact it just goes to a pre-recorded line and I dont get to talk to a human being. I would appreciate if I paid for a membership, that they would quit advertising to something they no longer provide. I had to find out through extensive research that they don't provide their credit lines (supposed). As well they haven't updated their website to say that they do not provide what you're paying for. I don't need any nonsense responses from anybody working from Tomo. Also they're unprofessional regarding how they handle somebody who wants their membership canceled. I signed up for a subscription with ********* 5/22/25. Once I got into the system, I realized it was similar to another subscription that I already had so I decided to cancel. I was fine with paying the $11.99 subscription fee for my error. However, I have tried canceling multiple times to no avail. The account will not allow you to cancel your membership although it has an option for it. Instead when you click cancel membership, it takes you to a page to schedule a free consultation without any option to decline. The catch is, why you click the schedule call button, its an invaild link and tells me the Calendly URL is not valid. So I have reached out to customer service, TomoBoost specifically (the first time I reached out to TomoCredit and was redirected) 5/22/25 to cancel. They respond with an email asking why I want to cancel, I email them back one of the options and then get no further response outside of a feedback email. All follow *** went unanswered. I sent another new request to cancel 5/27 and the exact same process happens - they respond asking to choose an option on me canceling. I choose one and then I never hear from them again outside of the feedback email. No follow *** are answered. There is not phone number that I can find to assist. Fast forward to 6/23, they have charged my card again for the $11.99. I need my account canceled and the subscription for **** refundedInitial Complaint

I have repeatedly attempted to cancel this credit service, yet I have observed no modifications to my credit report despite utilizing their services. I have communicated this concern via email, but I have not received a response or any guidance on resolving this matter.
