    For the last 3 months Ive been paying for a service they have not been providing. They continue to take it out of my account every month but does report on my credit. I tried to cancel my membership the site but I keep getting an error. If I cant get my money I would like to just cancel the membership.

    I opened a card with this company some years ago. At some point they just stopped offering credit card services. I reached out to close my account and delete my personal information. They don't offer the ability to close on their website, you have to email them separately. They have not replied to email and have not closed my account.

    I subscribe to the Tomoboost credit I believe 4/4/25 at an intro price of $62.99 for their premium subscription. I signed into the app and I wasnt able to access any of the benefit, I contacted they never got back to me. By the 30th the tried to charge my subscription at that point I emailed saying I want to cancel. I tried to find a phone number, there is no number for customer service. Then when I reached out explaining I have reached out several times, that I want to cancel and if it not done I would contact the BBB. They then responded finally said they would review the situation the said the couldnt find the account and ask me for and additional email I provided them with the email. They found the account and proceed to ask me why I wanted to leave. I said Im not sure why you would ask me that, I previously told you it was the lack of communication and customer service. They still havent canceled my account, instead they keep trying to pull money from my account everyday. I cancelled the card I was using with Venmo. ***** issued me a new card and assured me the wouldnt be able to charge my account. However everyday I see an attempted charge on my Venmo account. I this point I feel harassed at this point. And I didnt even get the value of what I paid for. I wish for the charges to stop. Also to avoid anyone from having this experience. They are not helpful with terrible customer service. Im unemployed at the moment I was laid off because my store closed. All I was trying to do is to improve my credit.

    I canceled my subscription for service over a year ago. I contacted my bank and was issued a new bank card. Tomo continues to charge my account without authorization. I have not provided any information to them. However they continue to find away to charge my card. My card has declined the transaction, but then I am issued a new card each time I report the unauthorized transaction. This is redundant and something should be done to prevent further abuse and damage.

    On May 31, 2025, I purchased a Premium Tier subscription for $69.99. I was unable to apply the advertised 10% coupon. The checkout page stated up to $10,000 credit line, but after purchase that wasnt availableaccess to any credit line required upgrading to a higher tier. Support responses were irrelevant, a support ticket was closed after sending a survey, and cancellation flows are broken: routes lead to debt help pages, a broken Calendly link, and a malfunctioning bank-link provider. The company cancelled future charges but refused a refund citing terms. I have screenshots and screen recordings documenting the failures. I request a full refund of $69.99 and ask BBB to mediate this dispute.

    This company falsely advertises that it reports to the credit bureaus as part of its membership service. I subscribed based on this claim, but after nearly five months, no reporting has occurred. They have refused to issue a refund and canceled my account when I raised formal complaints.I have been a member of this company in the past but previously canceled because they failed to report to the credit bureaus as advertised. In March 2025, I decided to give them another try, assuming the issue had been resolved.Immediately after rejoining, I was double-billed. When I contacted them, they stated it was due to the timing of when I restarted my membership. I accepted the explanation and moved on. However, after two months of payments, I noticed they still hadnt reported anything to the credit bureaus.I contacted them repeatedly, and every time I was told the same thingthat they report, but it may take time to appear. I now have nearly five months of emails with identical excuses, and there is still no record of their reporting on any of my credit reports. I have screenshots of these communications.I informed the company that I had filed previous complaints with the BBB and would be filing another, along with an FTC complaint and exploring a potential class action for false advertising and failure to deliver the promised service. Instead of addressing the issue, they canceled my account. I have not received a refund for any of the months I paid for a service that was never delivered.I did not use any of the companys other servicesmy sole reason for maintaining a membership was for the credit reporting they continue to advertise. They took my money, failed to provide the service, and canceled my account when I held them accountable.I am requesting a full refund for the months I paid for service ($75.). I also request that the company be investigated for misleading practices regarding credit bureau reporting.

    So, I signed up with a company called TomoCredit/TomoBoost probably 2 years ago. Its a company that is supposed to raise your credit. Well, I only used it for about 2 months and stopped paying the bill. They are still trying to charge me multiple times a day2 YEARS LATER!!!!I have sent requests over and over to cancel my account but they refuse to do so and continue to try and charge me every month.

    Tomo credit charged me for 2 months. I do not have access to their members area it says I need to subscribe. I am not getting what I paid for and request to have account cancelled and a full refund for the two months charged

    My name is ******* ********, and I am filing this complaint regarding TomoCredit, a financial services company that offers the Tomo Credit Card. I've requested services on March 23, 2025. I've been trying to cancel services and get a refund since April 2025.Summary of Issues:1. Unauthorized Charges: TomoCredit has taken money from my account without providing any services or delivering the promised credit card.2. Unable to Cancel: I have attempted multiple times to cancel any subscriptions or financial connections with TomoCredit, but they refuse to acknowledge my requests or allow cancellation through their platform.3. ***** Advertising: The company advertised a credit-building charge card that I would receive upon signing up. Despite completing all required steps, I never received a card or any form of service.4. Ignored Communications: I have sent several emails to TomoCredit, all of which have been ignored. I have received no customer support or follow-up.This experience has caused me financial harm and distress.
