    Our company switched over to Rippling mid-last year and it has not been a good experience at all. They promised automation and ease and all we have gotten are systems that don't work and terrible customer service when they make a mistake. They also nickel and dime you every chance they get. We were told that they don't integrate well with outside FSA, HSA providers so we decided to use them as our provider. If they try to sell you ease and automation by using their FSA and HSA DO NOT DO IT. This has been a headache to resolve and has affected employees directly. We have had issues with them properly funding HSA accounts since January and it has still not been resolved.

    Work for Menufy and Rippling messed up my taxes. They over withdrawal and when i did turbo tax it acted like i have not paid a single dime . So i owe taxes for 2024 I immediately quit the job after finding ****** is shady, *********** and rippling.

    None of their automations work. They add workload, not reduce. They withheld ** taxes but did not pay it nor file any returns.

    We started using Rippling at the beginning of 2023, and our story is the same as the other reviews. We were told what great service they had, but the reality is that you are left with a bot, and even when you learn the trick of typing Zoom session until they agree to one, the person on the call rarely completes. We were assigned a trainer to start, but she sat there waiting for us to ask questions rather than doing any training. We were assigned a success manager who was no help at all. We have an employee in ******, and they took a month of salary as a deposit, which they have still not returned -- more than 2 months after we closed the account. I gave them more than three months notice before the end of our term that we wanted to terminate. I have written every few weeks, and only received confirmation that they accepted the termination a day or so ago. They make you jump through LOTS of hoops to terminate, too.Save yourself some trouble and don't ever start working with this company.

    Signed on with Rippling about a year ago and was promised things that still do not have a launch date. (ex: scheduling feature). Once we decided to not renew our contract, it is impossible to reach our account agent or even customer service to conduct off-boarding. This is extremely frustrating because our last payroll run is in question and I cannot get any answers. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for HR management and ******* services because this entire year has been overpriced for this amount of inconvenience.

    This company has no help desk and will deny commuter claims used for public transit. Overall not a safe business to rely on your medical and in the moment business transit needs.You will need to call everytime you use their credit card because theyre more likely to deny your legitimate claim that approve. Overall not convenient and very tricky for tax saving benefits.

    The worst *************** I have used. My account was locked out for more than a week due to their system verification. I was hopeless trying to contact them to unlock my account but all I got was auto-response emails for weeks. When they first sell the service to me, they promoted themselves as the top firm with excellent customer service, in reality, their customer service is nonexistent. The worse thing they tricked me to pay for a year but I could not even log into my account after one month of use. I could not even got my refund back.

    Rippling is beyond the pale of incompetent and unethical and when it comes to the 180 degree difference between the sales pitch and the reality. The monetary mistakes are seemingly endless and if they actually pay the govt taxes on your company's behalf then consider it lucky much less the submitting the correct dollar amount. We had to close our business banking account in order to detach from them. The communication is abysmal. Quitting is very long and drawn out. It's as if you are speaking with 1st graders and everyone is outside on the playground. The absolute most wasteful and regretful decision our company has ever made. It's unbelievable how they have received good reviews elsewhere. I can only imagine they are fake because they are as bad as it gets from our perspective.

    The support reps become rude, quickly if you're not a big tech company. The price is 2-3x Gusto, the base product offers half the tools and the staff lies.
