    You cannot use their system unless you provide your BIOMETRICS! This is ridiculous. I should be able to use a system without my biometrics!

    BEWARE OF FALSE GIFT PROMISE FOR COMPLETING A DEMO. I received an email from a senior sales development representative about Rippling's all-in-one platform and how 'if anything, we can have a casual chat and make sure you enjoy a holiday gift' from Rippling as a thanks for your time'. Our conversation went well as my company was looking to improve our processes around HR and travel spend. After, I had the demo scheduled with an account executive. I was asked numerous questions about our business and overall I thought the demo went well. However, overhauling our HR and travel spend was a big change and our business wasn't ready for it. I let the account executive know this. I followed up with the sales development representative and have been ghosted. Rippling makes false claims to potential customers so I can only imagine how they treat their actual customers. Also, they now have a full profile of my company for free by persuading me to provide these details to receive a free gift. Shady practice - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    If there was a minus star, I would do it.The system is NOT what they promote, reports are terrible, tax nightmare as they do not report them and then make the company responsible for ***** customer service available, other than the chat box. TERRIBLE experience, do not hire them,

    The *** card does not work!! They require you to enter everything manually. If you try to reah out for help on the number on the card, it refers you to a useless website. THIS IS TAKING MORE TIME THAN IT'S WORTH. Clearly my employer should have seen the 1star reviews with the BBB prior to using this company.

    BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH SALES TACTICS!! This company uses bait and switch promotional tactics to lure customers in without following through on their offers, then just ignores requests. I was approached by an employee of Rippling through ******** who (in their introductory message) claimed to have reviewed my profile and had offered me a $100 Amazon gift card in exchange for hearing their pitch through a "lunch n learn" session. I agreed; spent about a half hour answering their questions about my business... how and what services I use currently and what services I was interested in learning more about. After completion I was turned over to one of their sales representatives who also asked more questions before advising me that I did not qualify; would NOT be given the $100 Amazon gift card and have since had my last 4 emails ignored. In their initial offer there was zero mention about any pre-qualification and I absolutely would NOT have shared all of the information and details about my company as I did if I knew that they would quickly relinquish their offer. It is truly not right for this company to make false claims, offer rewards.... take prospective client profiles and then deny the initial offer. They now have received a full profile of myself and my company for free, without having any intention of making good on their offer which pursuaded me to provide all these details.

    We've used Rippling since 2022 as an all-in-one HR and Payroll provider platform and it's been a nightmare. Their payroll system does not allow for the most basic exemptions based on certain qualifications and they've charged us over $2,000 in fees for missing tax agency accounts that we never needed to set up in the first place. We've been fighting for more than 6 months to resolve it and keep hitting a brick wall of AI response and closed cases with no actual resolution. Their customer service is abysmal once they have your money and a contract. They've also been mining our employee's profiles to soliciting their personal emails for sales pitches. Stay away.

    Our midsize law relied on Rippling to manage our payroll and compliance needs. Due to repeated problems with their services and the inability to reach a consistent human point of contact for support, we terminated our account with **********************. However, we continued to contract with Rippling to submit the portion of multiple states Q3 wage reports and Federal 941 forms for the timeframe prior to our offboarding.Their performance has been nothing short of disastrous. Rippling's complete failure to file Q3 ****************************************************** monetary fines, calls and letters about the delinquencies every week. Furthermore, Rippling had significant delays in issuing 2023s W2s. These delays left our employees in a lurch, unable to complete their personal tax filings in a timely manner. Additionally, our firms accountants were delayed in the filings on our behalf. This unacceptable delay reflects a gross lack of reliability and ************************************** support throughout this ordeal has been abysmal. Weve been handed off to at least 5 different ********** lack of support and communication is a glaring failure on their part, exacerbating an already dire situation.At one point during the ordeal, when no one would reply to us, we reached out to their sales department to see if we could get anyone to reply. Sales got back to us within 10 mins both via email and phone. As soon as we indicated we really needed operational support, they went completely silent with no return calls or emails. Just shows theyre all about getting the business, but not properly serving their existing customers.In summary, *********************** failures have caused substantial operational setbacks to our law firm. Their inability to fulfill basic payroll and tax compliance responsibilities is inexcusable. We strongly advise any business considering Ripplings services to look elsewhere. Their incompetence and lack of accountability pose a significant risk to any organization.

    Not what they seem - they promised so much and left me asking questions- with no answers- Q1 taxes were not submitted on time and they submitted the incorrect amount, blaming me for the errors. I have had multiple inquiries and issues that are time sensitive and it takes days for them to email you back. I would not use this company at all - it has been nothing but a headache and has added so much more even though they promised less - we will be moving to a different payroll company as soon as possible.

    Our company switched over to Rippling mid-last year and it has not been a good experience at all. They promised automation and ease and all we have gotten are systems that don't work and terrible customer service when they make a mistake. They also nickel and dime you every chance they get. We were told that they don't integrate well with outside FSA, HSA providers so we decided to use them as our provider. If they try to sell you ease and automation by using their FSA and HSA DO NOT DO IT. This has been a headache to resolve and has affected employees directly. We have had issues with them properly funding HSA accounts since January and it has still not been resolved.
