      Got quote from SoFi. Didnt use them so they sold my phone number and I get nonstop harassing spam calls since. 20+ daily! Do NOT get a quote or do buisness with SoFi.

      What an ugly company. Instead of helping its customers it hurts them more. I was late on a payment for a credit card but then was able to pay way more, like half of my balance back, only for this horrible company to lower my card limit! Do you not understand how that hurts your customer's credit?! What terrible business practices, when this is paid off, I'm through.

      Well, I was hoping for better. Opening the account was easy. The site looks like it was designed by a grade school student. Unprofessional look and feel and finding simple things is ridiculously difficult. You would think you'd find statements in the documents area. Nope, nowhere to be found. Dealing with customer service is a joke. They tell you to click on non existent icons and don't listen to the problems you are having as a customer. After 1 year of trying the site, I'm done. If you are serious about investing stay away from this company. Choose a real company like ****** or ********. The tools on SoFi are not designed to help you invest and the site is not designed to work properly.

      They are a HORRIBLE bank.
      Do not use them if you're serious about your finances. Their support team is rude, condescending, and not even helpful in any way at all.
      This bank deserves to fail.
      Awful. Just awful.
      Their marketing practices are HIGHLY deceptive.

      This company is ridiculous. They "responded" to my complaint about 2 months ago (after rejecting a check and holding it for months) that the funds would go back to the issuer. Meanwhile another 2 months have gone by and they are just holding the check for $3000. Terrible.

      Actually the worst company *** ever worked with. Tried to get student loans refinance through Sofi and was met with challenges throughout the entire process. I started the process in early October in anticipation of having the loans completely refinanced by the end of December when my first payment was due. I was constantly walked in circles by Sofis customer service representative for two months, over 3 separate applications. My first application was denied. They said that this was because my cosigner did not have proof of enough funds to their name. There was no way this was a possibility and I brought this to their attention saying that this cannot be the case, that my cosigner has enough funds to his name to be able cosign me with any other refinancing program, but SoFi told me that there was nothing that they could do and they recommended me starting over with a new cosigner. I tried a new co-signer, was denied instantaneously. I started over with a brand new cosigner, one with over $1 million worth of income yearly. There was a fault in their system during the application and I was completely halted in the process of submitting my application. When I brought this to Sofis attention, there was absolutely nothing that they could do and I was talked in circles for another month trying to get this application submitted. The website told me that I needed to contact customer service and could not proceed. Nobody seemed to know how to fix the situation or what was the problem. every single representative told me something different. I was promised calls back and was never met with them. I was promised emails back and was never met with them and my application isstill at the same process that it was at the beginning of December. Ive since gone with another refinancing option and Im much happier with the rates and the application process. SoFi is the worst, most disorganized, company Ive ever worked with and I wish nothing but the worst for them.

      FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. I pay through **** ** ******* bill pay, the bank sends a bank check, not a personal check, a bank check. SoFI decides to "reject" the check, without attempting to cash it, send it to another branch to review it in Utah, which in the end of course they cash. Meanwhile it is showed as not paid, and they charge you interest on that money that should have been paid 3 weeks ago when they got the check. They cannot tell me why they "reject" the check, they do not attempt to cash it. It is sent to them by BOA, one of the largest banks in the USA. This is a scam to get more money from you in interest, another two to three weeks every single month they get another couple weeks interest on money that you have paid them already. Guessing that means I am also getting a late fee if my payment is being held until after the due date? I am paying it off tomorrow through a reputable bank that doesn't play silly games so done with this company after only 3 months. So after 3 months payments, on time, for the full amount each month, I now supposedly now owe $315 more than I did when I sent in the payment? How does that work? You will NEVER get it paid off. Seemed like a good deal when I signed up, but its a scam, holding your check for 2-3 weeks so they can charge you more interest.

      They lied to me about a refinance loan. Told me I wouldnt have to make my first payment until April 1st then said that they changed it because I was getting money back by paying on March 1st compared to the agreed April 1st. I tried calling and the same guy answered every time, ****. I would honestly rather got back to my original loan than to save money with this establishment and or work with Khola *******???? again. Sofi is a Sektchy company.v/r ****** ********

      Oh, SoFi, the financial "guru" that's about as trustworthy as a snake oil salesman at a carnival. Here's my scathing, satirical review of this modern-day financial fiasco:1. The Illusion of Modern Finance:SoFi markets itself as the cool, hip finance for millennials. They promise to revolutionize your financial life, but all they really do is revolutionize how quickly you can go broke.2. The Interest Rate Charade:Their interest rates are like a yo-yo on steroids. You think you're getting a deal, but then - surprise! - rates climb faster than my blood pressure after reading their terms. It's like they play "Guess the Rate" with your money.3. The Fee Extravaganza:SoFi's fees are more creative than a modern art exhibit. There's an origination fee, a late payment fee, and my personal favorite, the "we felt like charging you today" fee. They even charge you for the privilege of accessing your own money!4. Approval Process - A Mockery:Getting approved for a loan at SoFi is like being invited to an exclusive party, only to find out it's a gathering of financial leeches. They approve you, but the terms? It's like signing up for indentured servitude.5. ****************** A Comedy Show:Their customer service is a laugh riot, if by "laugh" you mean "cry in frustration." You wait on hold longer than it takes for the earth to revolve around the sun, and when you finally get through, it's to someone who's mastered the art of speaking without saying anything useful.6. The "Refinance" Scam:They lure you with promises of refinancing your student loans or mortgages, but what you end up with is a new set of chains, just shinier. It's like trading one jail for another, with slightly better wallpaper.7. The Loan Disbursement - A Marathon:Waiting for your loan from SoFi is like waiting for a bus in the Sahara. They tell you it's on its way, but by the time it arrives, you've built a sandcastle empire and forgotten what you needed the money for.
