      Company has shady practices like blatant criminal level practices. 2020 someone opened an account uaing my email address i tried multiple times to have them send a password reset to my email it never ahowed up once. Checked spam everything. Not a single response. Check out some of the real reviews of ************. They do not deserve the fdic stamp as they r running aome sort acheme scamming people out of their money with no way to get i back. Time for some legal action to be taken against this crime organization.

      It's been a nightmare to say the least they kept my June 2025 check social security. Said I paid a friend by email. Wasn't letting me see everything they were saying on my app. Told me 10 days to resolve told me another 10 days . Lied to me, hung up on me. Until the **** contacted them, then did I get a call from a dispute specialists . Over a week ago, as of yesterday my appeal was denied. My social security # is listed on the dark web, and the email I used with them is on the dark web.

      the reason why they getting a one-point star is because they didn't fight for my money I sent them over all the emails and screenshots of this man doing the work for me and when I told him I was going to dispute for my money he still didn't give me my business information I'm trying to open up a business and it's sad that I have to go through the better Business bill to try to get some help because Lord your money is not safe with this Bank so basically they let the **** keep the **************** even though they have all the messages and the man still text me July 16th and told me that he still wasn't giving me no information for me to move forward because I terminate that company from working with me when I'm trying to open up a restaurant but this company allowed the man to keep the money and keep my business information but it's cool this is why they get in a bad review people do not open up an account with ********************** because you will be screwed just like I was s**** they have all the evidence that they need it and they still deny it and the man still contact me and told me he won his case so he was able to keep my money and everything but they don't care they already made a decision they said they wasn't reopening it but I guess this is the only way they're going to reopen it is once I reported to the better Business bureau and send over all the screenshots of what the man said to me cuz he's not returning my money back like he said scammers always win it's a shame that we trust Banks with our money and not deposits and we try hard to do the right thing and we still get screwed

      From start to finish, Sofi has been so easy to work with. They are always pleasant and willing to help whenever I call with questions. I truly appreciate their speedy responses and attentive customer service team. Would definitely recommend them or use them again in the future.

      I was initially drawn to SoFi for their competitive rates, but my overall experience was disappointing. The apps verification process was glitchy, and despite multiple requests for help, I was constantly redirected with no resolution. **************** promised follow-ups that never happened, which made me lose trust in their support. Ive since moved my banking to **** for a more reliable experience. Great rates dont make up for poor service.

      Ive had a terrible experience with SoFi regarding one of my loans. Due to temporary financial hardship, I fell behind on payments but only for 54 days. As soon as I was able, I contacted SoFi to make a good faith payment and resolve the account. Instead, they had already charged off the account and outright refused to accept payment or discuss reinstatement.This is not how responsible financial institutions should treat people who are trying to fix things. I understand the importance of accountability, but charging off a loan so quickly and rejecting resolution attempts is extremely aggressive and **************** now dealing with the credit damage from this decision, and SoFi has made no effort to help, even after I reached out directly and escalated the matter to a supervisor. *** filed a complaint with the **** and encourage others whove experienced similar treatment to do the same.I expected better from a company that markets itself as member-focused.

      Apparently, SoFi's version of financial expertise includes not knowing how to add. Despite multiple income documents, they insisted I earned $20,000 less than reality. I submitted everything they asked, again and again, until it felt less like a loan application and more like a phishing scam.Either they cant do math, or they just enjoy collecting sensitive documents for sport. Not sure which is worse.Wish I had checked BBB first. Save yourself the headache and maybe your identity.

      Experiencing the same thing as ***** B complaint below. I am being given the run around. I sent my payment for payoff June 10th 2025 and was assured that they made notes. They took out some payments from my auto pay account. My refund (despite all the notes) was short of $933. I agree this company should not have to hold on funds and keep the customer waiting. I demand payment and refund and full accounting of my refund (which Sofi got wrong still despite 10x calling and notes on my account).***** B Date: 05/20/2025 I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the closure of my account and the prolonged delay in processing my refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through your support channels, I have encountered significant obstacles, including:Lack of Acknowledgment: Each time I contact support, I am informed there is no record of my previous communications, leading to repetitive and unproductive interactions.Inadequate Support: The responses provided have been vague and unhelpful, failing to address the core issue or offer a clear path to resolution.This situation is unacceptable. Holding onto customer funds without clear communication or resolution undermines trust and raises serious concerns about your business practices.I request the following actions be taken immediately:Detailed Explanation: Provide a clear and comprehensive explanation for the closure of my account.Refund Processing: Initiate the refund process without further delay and confirm the expected timeline for the funds to be returned.Improved Communication: Ensure that all future communications are documented and that I receive timely and informative responses.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it through external channels, including filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and sharing my experience on public forums.I hope to see this issue addressed with the seriousness it warrants.
