      I used mobile deposit to deposit two money orders I had gotten for my rent. I ended up not needing them for rent so I deposited them. Sofi accepted the first one and then rejected the second one. After rejecting the second one they froze my account. That was on August 9th. My account has been frozen now for a month. Every time I call the number they give you they refuse to answer any questions and the only thing they'll tell you is your account is still under. They won't tell me why it's under review or when it will be unfrozen. I think this very unreasonable thing to do. All I want is my account unfrozen or to know when it will be unfrozen. I don't think that's an unreasonable request. I could really use my money they have tied up. Please help me.

      My Sofi checking account has been suspended since September 5th. I've called everyday asking for information about why. I'm told it's under internal review and to wait. Everyone except one lady has been rude and acts like I'm a criminal, one person even hung up on me. I still have no access to my account and no timetable to when I will.

      I dont use any credit for this bank but I dont know in my credit report hard injury they write to me they need cancel clean my credit report

      I opened a sofi checking account. The account has been opened only 12 days I have little over $800 in the account and they froze it and asked me to call their office. Ive spoke to 2 different people but they dont explain why my account is frozen. This is my money. At this point I just want my money back. They said someone would call me back and they havent. I dont understand how they can just hold my money.

      I tried to deposit a check via mobile deposit. I was notified via email that the deposit was successful. A few hours later, I was notified again via email that the picture was blurry and that I would need to resubmit the deposit. I resubmitted the deposit. I was notified once again via email that the resubmission was successful. A few hours after the resubmission, I was notified via email that my account had been frozen. Upon calling the number I was directed to call, I was notified that my account was frozen due to the resubmission of my deposit, because I had already tried to deposit it once. I was also notified that my account was under review and that there was no specific timeline as to when I could expect this issue to be resolved. This has been over a week ago now. I have emailed three times, with no response. I have called every single day for a week with no resolution. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, only to be told that there are no supervisors. My account remains unfairly frozen for following the directions that I was given. I need this issue to be resolved.

      A transaction took place on July 21st and posted to account July 23rd which was unathorized by me I made another payment on august 2nd like it was originally scheduled so merchant advised me to dispute with my bank it would be faster so they did a chargeback reversal for the July 23rd payment in the amount of ****** and it went through on July 31st I supplied cancellation number and authorization code to sofi to verify this from merchant. Then on august 3rd another ****** came out my account I contacted merchant immediately and they cancelled it and that ****** came back into account on 08/04 but ********************** has no knowledge of this transaction taking place either so its sept 8 and Im still missing ****** and I provided them with everything they needed even did a conference call with the merchant and sofi and the merchant verified everything I said to them and gave the same cancellation number and authorization code that the chargeback was processed and they accepted money back but have yet to give to me stating I cant rush the process but my funds are in your possession and I havent received them. My next step will be court if this isnt resolved sooner than later because I work hard for my money. The merchant is compliant and sent me documentation so I want to know who is getting paid to investigate these type of disputes because they not doing a good job at all and should be replaced from a professional point of view because this was a easy one to fix and they dropped the ball and have an unsatisfied customer

      Sofi bank has my account frozen and has for several weeks now with no resolution in sight. I have over $800 in this account and I need this money to pay bills. No one can tell me when I can expect it to be resolved and they say they dont have a supervisor I can speak to. I get the same answer everytime I call. That they apologize but they understand and theyre doing all they can well no they arent. I am broke and need this money. This is bad for business. I wish I had never used this place. Once my account is unfrozen I will get my money out and close it and I also plan to tell every one I know not to use it and I am going to report you to the ***** THIS IS FRAUD!

      The date of the transaction was September 4th. I attempted to mobile deposit a $1685 check from my employer. The check was considering to be under review and they froze my account. I was reached out to by the member security team. I gave them my employers number. It has now been 4 days I have called back multiple times each day expecting an update or estimate on the timeline moving forward. I was given nothing but short and shallow answers being almost dismissed by each employee I have spoken to. I have expenses that need to be paid for I either need access to my funds and account or need to cancel my account and find a new bank. Its ridiculous and completely unacceptable, its a check from my employer and the fact I cant verify myself it is not fraudulent is crazy to me. This absolute clown show of a bank should be ashamed of itself and certainly shouldnt be able to service any customers. Such a lack of clarity and leadership is very obvious and they will pay for it with the loss of customers and business moving forward.

      My bank account at ********************** Bank has been frozen since July 5, 2023. I have contacted SoFi weekly to ask my progress with unfreezing my account but they do not give any useful information. The workers always tell me that I have to wait until the investigator contacts me but they have made no attempt to do since they have restricted my account. My account got restricted because I was told to deposit money into my account and so I did but then I got the transaction canceled. The next day SoFi decided to restrict my account.

      SoFi created an account for me without my authorization. I was simply reading the terms and once I went back to accept it sent me straight through and had nowhere to view the forms. I tried to remove THE **** I DID GIVE BUT THERE IS NO OPTION ALSO NO OPTIONS ON THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP LINE I would like my information removed.
