      I was attempting to sign up for a sofi credit card from this company and was denied because they couldnt validate my information. Called support and they told me that they cant so anything I need to try again to apply next month. Now the odd thing is I get credit monitoring from sofi which I had to give them the same information for and they had no issues with that. My goal with this is to actually find out why I cant get past this error and fix it so I can have the opportunity to apply for this card again sooner or have a underwritter redetermination my status based on my 2 applications I have submitted

      I did a dispute over a $294 purchase I made in the first week of December. In December 13th I received an email stating that it would be resolved as quickly as possible but no later than March 12th, 2024 which is today. Over the past three months I have sent numerous emails and used the chat feature multiple times , they gave me zero information and nearly all of my emails were ignored. The chat feature tells me to connect with the back office team (the team who originally emailed me when they received my dispute and has ignored me since). Same thing for calls. No information besides my claim is pending and contact the back office. I was told in December if it past ten days I could get a provisional credit. Then they told me via email I would not be given one and theyre sorry I was given the wrong info. Fine. I waited. But now the three months are up after being told I would have a resolution no later today, they never told me there was a possibility that it could go beyond 90 days until today. I have attached all of my proof and I want my money back. I have never disputed with this bank account before and Ive had the account since 2022. This is ridiculous and I do not feel my money is safe since they cant tell me anything and they now have no idea when this will be resolved which is absolutely insane when, like I said, I was told I would have a resolution before or by today. No later. Im attaching some screenshots and can provide any other information needed.

      I contacted support about an account that was opened up under my social security number that i did not create, i was a victim of a cyber attack years back and most likely had an account that was opened with my credentials. After explaining this to an agent over the phone they had advised me that the account would be "Deleted and merged" and that i would take ****************************************************** i did a password reset successfully. However now i am not receiving sms authentication codes to my phone. I am trying to contact support and your IVR is not allowing me through, probably because the account has been deleted. I am asking for assistance and would like to create an account with your bank, please contact me for a resolution.

      I uploaded $80 cash to my SoFi prepaid debit card on 03/11/2024 at a family dollar store. SoFi states they have no history of a transaction and wont credit my account the money! I have provided a receipt of my transaction showing it was approved. SoFi has basically stolen my money and wont give it back !

      Hello, I have an issue with Sofi Bank. Their *** sweepstakes is not showing up in the app and I am not getting points for linking external accounts! Please get them to respond! Below are their instructions that I followed to no avail! HOW TO ENTER: Current SoFi ****************** members: During the Promotion Period, if you already have a SoFi ****************** account but want to enter the Sweepstakes, look on the SoFi Mobile App home feed for the SoFi Zero Giveaway promotional card inviting you to enter the Sweepstakes.       I opened a Sofi account and had 2 wire transfers sent from my other credit union savings account. The first one was fine then the second one was returned and my account was frozen it's been 2 weeks and they don't tell me anything except to wait I have money that is for bills in that account I can't pay my electricity. Everytime I call they are very rude and do not tell me anything I offer to help with whatever their investigating but they just tell me to wait. They tell me there is no time period set and won't let me talk to anyone else. Please help me get my money from them I don't care about the account I just need my money to pay my electricity.

      On March 9, 2024, I received a Social Security Disability check with over 2 years of backpay. I had already given Social Security my direct deposit information, but the first check was delivered by mail. This was beyond my control.I attempted to immediately deposit the check into my SoFi account, but was unable to due to a $1000 deposit limit on my account. When I asked customer support for assistance the only solution they could find was to try to make the deposit at an AllPoint ATM - which do not have deposit capabilities. I am now without access to over $22000 due to me after over 2 years without income due to disability. I would be surprised if this hasn't been an issue before, where someone receiving disability backpay was unable to access it due to SoFi's policy. Not only is it ridiculous that I cannot deposit my own money into my own bank account from a check cut by the US ********** of ********* but it's borderline discriminatory to people who rely on Social ***************************** for income. SoFi may want to revise their policy before the *** needs to step in.

      I opened up a bank account with ********************** on 2/23/24. On 2/26/24, a deposit for $16,500 was completed and cleared into my account. After moving $5,000 to another account in my name on 2/27/24 and paying a friend $1000 for work performed at my house, SOFI froze my account on 2/29/24. It is now 3/9/24 and the only communication that has occurred I initiated. I have called once a day, every day since the freeze and no information has been shared regarding what the process is, how long it will take or if anyone is even working on it. *** shared the contacts and banking information of all parties involved, I mentioned that not having access to my account is having a negative effect on my credit score and Im unable to pay my bills.

      v To whom it may concern,I am writing to file a complaint against SoFi Bank for freezing my account without a valid reason and failing to resolve the issue for over four months. This has caused me severe financial and emotional hardship, and I believe SoFi Bank is engaging in fraudulent and deceptive practices.On October 15, 2023, I opened an account with ********************** Bank and deposited a check for $13,26.00 from my previous bank, ************ The check was cleared and credited to my account. However, in October 2023, I received an email from SoFi Bank stating that my account was frozen due to suspicious activity. I immediately called them and they didnt know why my account was frozen, but that the security team was working on it. Since then, I have not been able to access my account or withdraw my funds. I have contacted SoFi ********************************* and Security Team over ***************************************************************** resolution. They have repeatedly told me that my case was under review and that they would get back to me soon, but they never did. I have also emailed their lawyer, *****************, who promised to have someone from the Operations Team contact me, but that never happened either. I have also reached out to several executives on LinkedIn, but none of them responded to my messages. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with SoFi Banks lack of communication and transparency. I feel that they are mishandling my funds and violating my rights as a customer. I have done nothing wrong and have provided all the proof they asked for. I have also tried to resolve the issue through the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, but they informed me that they could not help me because this was a contractual matter.Therefore, I am filing this complaint with the **** to seek your assistance and intervention.
