1 starI am one of the vendors who integrated this service for a client however when I tried using it myself, I was denied with an error 'Address does not match' but still received an email saying denied via equifax. I requested an equifax report with my details about my previous address, which was 4 yrs old but with an excellent credit score. The call center is extremely pathetic too, you can't reach out to the agent by chance.Review fromCarla J

1 starCancelled my daughters school trip on Nov 3rd/2023 with EF Tours, they assured me it would be sent back to uplift and confirmed it was. Now way after 30 business days after I had to escalate a refund from Uplift , they are trying to say I received a credit on my EF Tours anccount and still have to pay my loan. I showed all the proof that they were in fact REFUNDED and now they are trying to make me pay TWICE for a trip they were ALREADY refunded for. I will NEVER use them again in the future and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Review fromStephanie T

5 starsWith Uplift I have traveled to places ,taking flights that I wouldn't have been able to outright afford. They make the process simple and easy! They send you messages to let you know payments are coming and they send you celebrations when you get closer to the payoff! So thankful that in 2023,this is a THING!Review fromMarylou C
