    I travel to ****** a lot and financed a flight to ****** because of a fear of losing the price I ended up paying it off in two days so I could finance a different flight that cost a bit more. My application was denied and I ended up paying for 2 flights full price. I reached out asking to fix this by either editing my pay off of the ****** flight to the min installment, or to finance the 2nd flight. I never received a response nor could I reach a live person on the phone. I sent an email as a last resort, and I received a generic bot message telling me how to make a payment. That did not answer my question and changed my opinion of this service.
