    Uplift provided me with options when I needed them. The process was easy and quick and a courtesy reminder helped when payment method changed due to lost cards. They helped me stay on track when I forgot to update info. All in all a great partnership.

    Love the fact that this service is available for some of us that cant afford paying a ticket in full at the moment of purchase . What I dont like is that the APR is quite high and some of us have a very fair to good credit score and we still pay a lot. Also, I tried to pay the balance of my first ticket paid through Uplift and it didnt let me . Customer should have a choice of paying their credit ahead of time .

    I had never heard of Uplift until my cruise consultant told me about it. He said it was possible to get a 0% loan on the next cruise I needed to pay for. In this day of 8% mortgages that was hard to believe. I called Uplift and asked if they actually gave 0% loans as their website said 0% to 30% and the examples all featured 15%. The person from Uplift wouldn't give me a direct answer and said I had to talk to an Uplift Certified Person at my cruise line. I called my cruise consultant back and left a message saying I needed to talk to a certified person. He called back and said he was certified and gave me the next steps for applying. I was skeptical about the whole process, thinking that it was a typical bait and switch. I should mention that if anyone should be able to get a 0% loan (if they really exist) it is me, my credit score currently averages 843 from all the places that notify me of my score, with one reporting 850 and one at 848. So, I completed the application process which was easy and quick and was given a 0% loan with an 11 month payoff. The only reason I didn't give five stars was all the back and forth with the constant feeling that if something seems too good to be true it probably is some kind of a scam. In this case it wasn't. The 11 payments actually turn into a year because (as they should, but some companies don't), the first payment comes out 30 days after granting the loan.

    Uplift is real easy to work with. I have used them 3x. Oe and have had no issues whatsoever. Even customer service is very polite and well trained. They are very professional. I will definitely recommend them for any future vacation plans.

    An excellent Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service! This is my first time using this service, but the loan, APR, and payment were all very simple and straightforward to understand. They also gave you three options to pay the loan amount back. Can't wait to use this service again for my flight needs!
