5 starsI wanted to make sure my free trial was canceled and no future billing involved. I was confused on the website on how to do this. ***** was extremely helpful and very kind. 5 starsI have used Rock Lawyer for years for preparing family documents this year and several years ago. I accidently extending for a year. *** understood my error and corrected the rate a low density user. This allowed me to story my documents in the event I needed to make corrections.*** was so nice and understanding and fresh voice in the arena of telephone customer service.
