I signed up to use the Rocket Lawyer free trial and immediately canceled. I never received an email confirmation from you and come to see you have been charging me $40/month since June. I have no communication from your company I can't even get into my account and your change your password doesn't work. This is highly suspicious especially for a law company. Don't sign up to this service.

There is no way to cancel membership on the site for the $159/year charge plan. This plan auto-charged for SIX years despite not having any functional purpose for an idle business without any revenue. Rocket Lawyer claims they are not aware of any activity of businesses they are assigned to register. It's in their interest not to check on that, of course. The real complaint is how everything was handled when I called today. I was offered the last two years' reimbursement which I thought was decent enough, and that I would be put on a brief hold. I'm now on the 33rd minute of holding with tormenting music in the background. Furthermore, there is no functional way to cancel my account on their site. They force customers to call, and of course, put you in a torcher chamber wait time. When this breaks the 45-minute ***** I'm going to press submit on this complaint. I've never experienced anything like this except for maybe cable companies in the early 2000s before regulations prevented them from making it so difficult to cancel payments. Seems the business "wins" by having unnecessary charges pass through and then making it difficult for members to cancel upon discovering the unnecessary charges. Terrible.Rocket Lawyer

I used Rocket Lawyer to create a foster agreement with the couple that I am watching their dog. It was easy to use, we each filled out our portion and signed it. I appreciated how well thought through the document was.
In addition, I just had to call the hot line, Tiffany was great, listened and solved my problem. Three cheers.

**** is supercool and awesome and friendly and nice. The call wasn't dull at all, and she made me feel comfortable the whole time. More than that, she was able to resolve our concern of Rocket Lawyer billing my boss even though he hasn't been using his account in snap-snap! Love it! Tl;dr, it's rare for me to say this, as rare is an awesome **************** **** but **** is one of those **************** **** who get the job done, and get the job done warmly, even spreading flowers as she does it. I was recently put in a precarious professional position by Rocket Lawyer. I am horrified by what took place. I had contracted with them in July 2020 to provide ************************ for my psychotherapy practice to conform with the State of Florida's requirement to practice telehealth for clients in their state. I was transparent about my needs, spoke with Rocket Lawyer's representatives by phone and by emails, as well as forwarding the exact wording of the ****************************'s requirements. I paid the annual fee for ********************** (which I now also know is more than 4 times the standard fee), and that fee renewed, without a hitch in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.Two weeks ago I called Rocket Lawyer to check on the status of the service and spoke with a lovely representative who told me that, "something looked funny" to her, that she needed to check and would get back to me. I forwarded to her the email chain of correspondence I had had with Rocket Lawyer in 2020. She said she would refund my 5 years of payments. While that seemed odd to me, she made it sound like it was a courtesy. She never called me back. I then received a terrifying phone call from *********************** stating that they had received an email from Rocket Lawyer, basically accusing me of fraud, and threatening me with disciplinary action, my livelihood, and my licenses in other states.Of course I called Rocket Lawyer again. The person with whom I spoke stated that they were not Resident Agents within the FL **** of Health (which was again contradicted by the Fl **** of Health). Since then they have not returned any emails or phone calls.I was fortunate to find a reputable Resident Agent though professional colleagues, and I, and my clients, are safe. The ************************* official was kind, professional, and useful, clear and direct.I'd certainly like to know what happened. More importantly, I hoped to save anyone else such a terrible experience.Rocket Lawyer
