Headline: Buyer Beware: Rocket Lawyer Doesn't Live Up to Promises in **** ? I've been a loyal Rocket Lawyer member for 19 months, paying for their premium plan expecting legal help with a discount, as they claim to have **** attorneys. When I finally needed them, it was a different story. No suitable attorneys, misleading contracts, and poor customer support. Save your money and find a reliable legal service.

They tell you and make you pay a price before that start. Then they come back wanting more money! Then want more money if your tax pro thinks you should pay even more money. Taxes so far has costed me over $2000.00 and still havent been completed. They are scammers and I would NOT let them do your taxes!!!!! I bet they will not be completed and will s**** around and charge me even more money sad that they are scamming business like they are Sale person who tells you what to pay cant even get the price right and will go back and charge your on file credit card with them without notifying you first. I had to remove my cc to keep them from charging. They havent even started or review anything since 3-6-24. But want more and more and more and more money.

Rocket Lawyer has the best customer service in the U.S. They actually care about their reputation and you get to talk to a real human being who will help you without waiting for hours. This is SO UNUSUAL IN TODAYs world. They solve problems and I didnt have to write the *** to get service - unlike with my Epson Printer!!

I'd like to warn others about incompetent services and deceptive marketing practices. Incompetent Services - in mid-Jan, I purchased Rocket Lawyer membership to create an S Corporation and obtain an EIN number, needed a month later. I received email confirmation of my purchase. For weeks I heard nothing; when I called customer service, they said the order "got stuck in the system but they'd put in a new order." I again heard nothing. When I called again, I was told they couldn't see any details of the order. Twice after that, I was contacted to provide additional details that I'd already provided 3 times (in their "Business Interview" before placing the order, in the Articles of Incorporation Worksheet I completed on the website, and on the phone when they placed the manual order). I have heard nothing since then, and I still don't have an incorporated business or an EIN # ** days later ********************* I purchased Rocket Lawyer membership because they included the free review of two documents per month. Their website and benefit summary imply that if you use their document templates, you can ask a lawyer to review two of them for free. When I tried to take advantage of this service, I was told: 1. If you download one of their templates and fill it out and then upload it, it can no longer be reviewed. At no point does the website inform the user that if they download the template and complete it offline, it can't be reviewed. 2. The free review does not include any "active agreement", which customer service explained constituted "any document for which a lawyer might have liability for the advice provided". Since the whole point of consulting a lawyer is to obtain legal advice, I believe this constitutes misleading marketing. I was seeking review of a document template from their website and at no point was I notified the document was excluded from the membership free review. It should be CLEAR before buying which templates qualify for free review
