Rocket Lawyer is great! They offer what is unfortunately the most difficult thing for a small startup like mine to gain. They have given me the legitimacy of an established appearance to my customers, of which I otherwise would undoubtedly be required to invest thousands of dollars to obtain. At present time, in these first initial stages of my business development, it would simply be unreachable. Their services have been a gift to my company that have proven to be both priceless and inexpensive. Thank you guys. I really appreciate you!

Signed up for the free trial and din't receive any email correspondence regarding end date of free trial or recurring charge taking place monthly. Noticed the charges 2 months later. They weren't going to offer a refund unless I asked directly and cited other complaints. Seems scammy to not offer email reminder or receipt of payment. They wouldn't refund the first $40 charge, not the best example for doing business.Rocket Lawyer

I made the mistake of purchasing the trademark package only to then request a refund and be given a number that nobody picks up. All i want is my money back, so i can move on from this. Its been two weeks of trying to accomplish this but with no success nor cooperation from rocket lawyer. Id like my refund asap.Rocket Lawyer

Very pleasant when I had to cancel the service within 7 days because I was unable to use it. I was given a different option for a reasonable price, but was very nice when I was unable to use the offer. Thanks for professional service all the way around.Rocket Lawyer
