1 starI signed up for a trial on 3/3/20 for $5 and this company started charging me $39.99 on 3/10/20 all the way up to this month, 12/22. Checking my bank statements, even after I changed bank cards over a year ago they are still managing to charge my account. There are no statements or anything letting me know when they are going to charge me each month so I had no knowledge other than it being deducted from my bank account after the fact. Their practices seem deceptive and I would have never agreed to pay this monthly for something I intended on using one time. I see I am not the only one that feels this way, something needs to be done about their transparency when signing up for a trial. I just want my money back at this point, I feel like they really took advantage of me and it doesn't feel good.Rocket Lawyer

Hello *****,We're sorry for the confusion regarding the Free Trial. We explain at the time of sign up that the Trial does require credit/debit card information to begin, but as long as it's canceled within the Trial period there's no billing whatsoever. Otherwise, it will convert into a Premium Monthly Plan. Our records show that your membership was already canceled and you were provided refunds. 5 starsI immediately found the forms I needed but I didn't end up completing them. I cancelled the trial membership because the forms I needed were found, free of charge on the Maricopa County court site under "Probate".Rocket Lawyer
