    Service is often failing to provide what is promised. Shows are rarely up on time, especially for the website option. The subtitles barely work. They didn't properly transfer over rightstuf account sales and information to their own inferior store, etc. Absolutely a terrible company

    I had a package come to me with a broken piece, and it was very expensive. Contact support, no-one answers for 30 minutes until I leave my device, where then they tell me since I'm not there they wont do anything. Contact them the next day, and they tell me they are upgrading me to a Tier 2 ecommerce specialist, and I will hear from them soon. That was last year, I have been emailing them above their line trying to get them to respond but to no avail.

    No stars should even be given to this company. Even reading the reviews is a joke. ********** G it looks like got a response from them which is a lie. Sure you can cancel but your money is gone never to come back!!! I tried cancelling after repeated attempts to fix issues with the side on my firestick. The streaming service changed to another language on me and it took them a month to fix. The best part was then they asked for a review thinking I would say you did a great job?? It took a month to fix?? I had issues again which they kept transferring me to someone else and they never answered my question. How can this company still be allowed to have a legit business?

    Has gone drastically downhill. Even expensive items are now shipped with zero cushion, zero fragile labeling, and if they are damaged they act like it's out of their hands. Getting reply to a support ticket is near impossible, I generally wait a while then complain on social media so a social media rep jumps on it to do damage control. Even then. They will offer a very small partial refund or to exchange, and surprise! Hidden charge! I got an undisclosed almost $30 charge suddenly! Pretty sure this was for resending $300 of product that were EXTREMELY damaged due to their poor packing. I still haven't received items that are listed in-stock for over a month while other items all shipped out and arrived. I have a preorder from before their store migration that never shipped and has phased through in stock and out of stock. Still waiting for help! Ready to cancel my preorders and ask for refunds on everything not shipped. Absolutely horrible service. The fact there is not even a phone line is very concerning. Do not trust them, not even for a good deal! Pay more for a company with actual customer support!

    A supposed in-stock order has been sitting in "processing" for a month and a half when website says (If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. The delivery time after processing will vary based on the shipping address. Currently, delivery times vary between 2 to 7 business days within the United States.) Submitted an online e-commerce request for an update through store website since there is no email or phone number listed and received zero response.

    They charge for a subscription but provide only a horribly made app/website. It's very bad across ALL devices. It's slow and laggy, full of bugs, video player rarely works anymore. It's hard to even choose an anime let alone watching one because of how jumpy and buggy it is. These issues and more have been reported to Crunchyroll by me and thousands of others as well as there being tons of public forums discussing these very same issues. It has been a conversation for years. They charge us money and they sit back and do absolutely nothing. They overcharge and can't out a dime towards hiring actual developers to build and maintain these apps and websites. They don't care in the slightest. They charge a subscription for using a garbage interface and on top of that they have a site where you can donate and a site where you can biy merch. Asking a lot of people for money with no intention of fixing the tons of issues that have proof of being issues. I hope you people get shut down and replaced in all states and countries. Pitifully run business with terrible support and terrible management.

    Ordered figures a month ago, still in stock on the site, havent shipped. **************** keeps promising to expedite my shipping and that it will be here before Christmas Eve. Christmas is in 5 days, not a chance. Total scam!

    I have been paying for their "Crunchyroll Ultimate Fan" plan for well over a year now. When I signed up I was promised an "Annual Swag Bag" for keeping that same plan for a year. My one year was **** and it was time to get my swag bag, however, the email never came in. So I waited a month and still nothing. So finally I put in a ticket on the first of this month. Asking if maybe I was off by a month or two. Though I knew from my PayPal records I had been consistent due to autopay. It has been 16 days since I made that ticket and I have not received a single response. From their lack of customer service and lack of keeping to their word. I find that they obviously don't care about their customers, nor fulfilling the promises stated by their own subscription plans. BTW, I have checked and they still offer an "Annual Swag Bag". So it's not that their plans have changed.
