I was charged for a full year subscription for $96.00 but only agreed to the promotion rate for 9.99 per month . I did not agree to pay the full year in advance.Business Response

We unfortunately are unable to change the subscription to a monthly subscription after it has been activated on your account. The subscription has now been canceled and you will not be charged for it again come next year. You will still be able to utilize the benefit for the remaining timeframe left on the yearly plan. Once it expires you will be able to sign up for the monthly plan if you like.

For 3 months I have been charged by DD *DOORDASHDASHPASS ***************************** for a dash pass I never authorized. I have canceled my card with the bank twice and put a stop payment, yet the recurring charge keeps happening. When I call DoorDash, they cannot find the transaction or credit card on file and say that they are not charging me yet every month I somehow keep getting charged. No one at DoorDash can help stop this reoccurring charge I never authorized. They charge me 9.99 ever month and ever month I have to file a fraud claim, close the card, and file a stop payment, yet somehow the charge keeps occurring. Per a bank suggestion, I am contacting BBB to see if I can get help with this issue. I do not know what else to do. Every month I have to change all of my payments and it's causing intense stress and anxiety within my household. It's also incredibly disruptive due to the time spent with the various merchants canceling and updating billing information.Business Response

I ordered door dash and I saw that my delivery kept being delayed and so I kept seeing a reassignment of over 4 different dashers to get my order. I asked doordash if I could go pick the order up and they told me I could. I went to the restaurant to get my order and the restaurant employees told me someone had already picked it up. The order had not been delivered to my house. I am about halfway home and I get a notification saying my order was cancelled by the driver (I cannot understand why they cancelled my order as I did not authorize the cancellation) I was unable to have the order resent back out to my address and they told me the best they could do was have the money sent back to my card within 7 business days and I told them I wanted it credited back to my account so I could reorder the food and they told me since it had processed on my card they could do nothing for me.Business Response

I ordered from target on December 1, 2024, my entire order was under $50 and my order marked as delivered but I couldnt locate it. After looking at delivery photo I realized thats not my house and checked with my neighbors with no luck, I requested a refund and now door dash is claiming I have to wait 24 hours for their team to process the refund. On the main order page it stated I would get 10 dollars off for spending 21 .I tried this and it didn't work so I called customer service and she said to order and then call back for resolution. I placed an order and left specific instructions in three different places that the balloons needed to be inflated. I called the driver and he said he was already checked out an on his way to the residence to deliver. I asked him if the balloons were inflated and he said no. I told him the instructions specifically said they needed to be inflated and I even sent him a text with instructions prior to him even arriving at the store. He then hangs up on me and called door dash and told them I wanted to cancel the order, which was untrue. Doordash canceled the order and refused to give me a refund. I told them it was because of the driver and I never requested it to be canceled but they didn't care. Their representative refused to let me speak to a manager and refused to refund or credit my account. I did not receive the order or any compensationBusiness Response

They did not deliver my order and DoorDash refuses to refund me and does not respond to the dispute made to ******. They tell lies about why they have compensated me before when it is a lie. I have only one order and no refund in my account. On the same social networks there are complaints about how the dashers fake deliveries and steal the food or their paper bags break, they throw away the food and mark it as delivered and the customers pay for their mistakes.Business Response

On November 30, 2024 at 11:14P.M. I made an order on doordash from jack in the box in ************, ** I was assigned a dasher named ***** and seen he had been sitting on the map and not moving so i tried to get in touch around 11:45-11:46 P.M. To which i got no reply to the text or phone call i sent i then tried to reach out to doordash explaning that i just want my drink i spent my hard earned money and I'm pregnant she keeps telling me i cant receive a refund because the store already accepted the order and a dasher has been assigned to which i explained the story again and to no avail got the same response i tried calling again around 12:09A.M. & still no answer im tired and i really just want my money back at this point.Business Response
