1 starI have used Affirm since 2022 for 35 purchased Large and small, for furniture, clothes, travel, dog supplies, candles etc. Overall, my experience was great, and I rarely had issues. I also never had a return. Until recently... In March, I used Affirm to make a large purchase >$1000 for a 1 year supply of weight medications. My world was good and the medication worked; and then. I had some supply issues which were followed by some terrible support issues and communication resulting is nightmareish anxiety levels and stress predominantly related to the online customer support offered by both companies. I wasn't sure if I was chatting with a human of AI and I ended up repeating myself redundantly. I ultimately requested a refund in July. I went back and forth between the companies, it seemed like they were not talking to each other. The Vendor I bought from got it together faster than Affirm and offered a refund, but I stuck with affirms dispute policy and now realize my mistake. Eventually, Affirm found "in favor of the vendor" meaning that the company that was offering me a refund was in the right and I need to keep paying affirm. (Wait, what!?) Why is Affirm taking payments and send me nasty little "pay up" reminders via Text and email when the company is offering a refund (to Affirm - my original payment method)? After yet more weeks of back and forth; I still have not gotten a FINAL finding from Affirm and the vendor reached out to me to refund my ****** since working with Affirm has been futile. I got my refund the day the vendor sent it, it was in my account the next day. I Paid off my Affirm loan and plan to close my account with them and NEVER look back. I would say I'm losing hair because of the weight loss meds, but honestly, it probably from the stress of dealing with Affirms CS chat and phone calls and getting a million different answer mostly ending with " yes, I'm sorry you feel (fill in the empathetic emotion), and well it's Affirms policy to ..."

5 starsI like to take this opportunity to compliment Affirm. They are a blessing when it comes to needing to finance a purchase for a short or long period. I wouldnt know what to do without them. The payment plans are easy. And you can pretty much use Affirm for any purchase. I pay off my plan as fast and early as possible. This helps build up trustworthy relationship between us. And whenever I need something I know Affirm is there. I just cant give them enough credit. Just give Affirm a try. And remember the key is good on time or even early payments.Review fromAymara C

1 starAffirm denied a loan for me but and 3 month later still processed with interest. So I own a loan that they never approved. I have been talking with their representative for 3 months to solve this and Still today they are charging me for a nonexistent loan. In my understanding this is a robbery. Some lawyer out there wanting to help me?Affirm.com

1 starI paid for some beauty services using AFFIRM as the payment method. I paid the full amount and the business closed and left me with over ****** in services that were not fulfilled. I had an email from the business with the details so AFFIRM could reimburse me for services not produced and I filed the dispute with AFFIRM on 8/4/25. As of today, 9/7/25, I have not received the refund due to me. No update or anything. I gave AFFIRM the text and email from the business that didn't provide me with the services they owed me--they suggested I try to get a refund for the loan I opened with AFFIRM--I did this with all the proof for what services I got and the services I could not get and should get refunded. I gave an exact dollar amount - a lot of proof for the dispute. I show 22 days as the turnaround date to get a refund. AFFIRM is good at offering their services but not helping customers when the business that uses them for financing doesn't come through, they abandon their customers.Affirm.com

1 starI made a purchase using Affirm and the vendor indicated that I bought two sets when I only bought one. I the vendor and got nowhere. I contacted Affirm explained the situation. They denied even after I sent receipts of the purchase. I had to pay for something I never received or risk my credit. The lady at customer service was rude and had a nasty attitude. Dont bother with Affirm.Affirm.com

1 starHave tried dozens of times to change information online. Needed to change payment method. They messed everything up and now I cannot get online to pat the stupid amount off. Have contacted the main office in ********** but no good. Wrong name on credit card. Cannot pay it off. I will now let them come to me. Terrible people to do business with.Affirm.com

1 starDo not trust Affirm customer service. Multiple attempts made to update my mobile number for some reason I have been locked out of my account. I have contacted Affirm and they promise me " I am going to help you". Done with the lies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have never been late with my account , I am not going to put up with the unprofessionalism from Affirm. Fixed this problem ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!Affirm.com

1 starThis is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought tickets to a Ravebs game on stubhub. Affirm created 2 loans. I only needed one. They did not pay stubhub until after the game. They have no record of anything and now want me to pay on 2 loans. **************** is in *****. The representatives speak broken English.Affirm.com

1 starRefund not processed as website stated. I received a full refund from ******* for a stolen phone after I provided them the police ********************* issued the refund the beginning of August.I waited 10 days and checked my Affirm account, they took a second payment towards the loan out of my account during this time.I reviewed the website to confirm how refunds worked. The website clearly stated that refunds are issued once full payment is received.I called Affirm today. I was told that refunds are not credited to accounts until you call in and authorize the refund.Nowhere on their website does it state that a phone call is required.They have held my money and demanded additional funds for the last month!And now they are wanting to only refund the initial amount. I have made 2 payments towards the loan that should also be refunded.The website needs to match what the representative states is required to receive the refund.Since it does not, I would like the $707.14, $38.89, & $38.89 fully refunded with interest added at the rate of 14% compounded daily. I have the emails from *******, a screen shot of the Website refund process, and proof of all payments along with the police report for the stolen phone.Affirm.com

1 starI have been a customer for many years and have always had a good experience until now. My spending limit just got increased and now suddenly I can't use them since they suddenly can't verify my identity when none of my information has changed! I have gotten no help form them!
