1 starIf I could I would give this company a 0. They have fraudulent businesses on their App. which doesn't work when returns for refunds or submitted.. the refunds sit in the professing status for weeks and they still want you to pay when plan says due in a day. They demand that you pay for items that were not delivered or awaiting refund returns because they were ordered through a fraudulent company. I spoke with the legit company, placed an order and have received my order, then returned for refund. I place an order with Affirm/Shop pay on 07/02 return on 07/16 and still no refund posted. I attempt to contact and speak with someone and got the run around. I did all of my online ordering through them. I recommend you not establish an account as this is a scam. 1 starWe filed a dispute on a purchase with evidence and they sided against our claim. We purchased a bed from ******** Firm using Affirm. ******** Firm called us to inform they were closing all their business. They said there would not be enough time to have our new mattress made and delivered before they were closed. They asked if we would be willing to accept the floor model with a sizable discount. We agreed and our account with ********************** did not reflect the new pricing. We put in the dispute and uploaded a new invoice/receipt reflecting the lower price along with phone numbers to contact the business. We also shared the email communication from the CFO of Mattress Firm with Affirm that stated the new pricing. With what we provided we were told it was not enough and the sided against our claim. They said it was our responsibility to prove the business had closed even though we provided contact information and if they would have called they would have heard the recorded message that they were in fact closed and out of business, Now we are stuck paying over a thousand dollars over the purchase price.Affirm.com

1 starHow much are they paying BBB for an A+ rating??? This company is notoriously shady. I bought a purchase from ****** for $2,669.99. All of a sudden it's $3,500. I asked why and all they did was give me run around and never gave me a valid reason except "intrest". Sorry, but the math doesn't add up.Affirm.com

1 starI used Affirm last year because I had to fly from ******* to ************* due to an emergency. Somebody from that company stole my identity, and, to this day, I am still receiving mail from debt collectors for purchases I never made. I made one purchase with them, a one-way ticket, with ***************** from *************** ******* to ******* *****. They stole money out of my mother's account, since she let me use her debit card to get the plane ticket, and they were forced to put it back because they stole it! Last week I got another letter from a debt collector saying that I owed them $2,000 for a company I don't even know. Anyway, DO NOT TRUST AFFIRM!!! THERE IS A THIEF IN THEIR MIDST AND THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!Affirm.com

1 starIm extremely disappointed in Affirm. I disputed a $2,744 charge from a Law firm and after receiving only one hour of communication that cost $782 that provided no meaningful support. I ended the relationship shortly after and requested a refund of the unused trust balance ($1,962), which the firm ignored.I submitted documentation, including billing statements and my written refund request, but Affirm still refused to help despite their policy stating customers arent required to pay for unsatisfactory or unrendered services.I only asked for support on the unused and unjustified balance and Affirm has done nothing.If you run into a problem, dont expect Affirm to stand by you, even with clear proof.Affirm.com

1 starTerrible company, all I can say. **************** is a laugh. I have decided to let them eat my balance, they upset me so much that I am outright refusing future payments. I will never recommend them, certainly will never give them my business again, and won't transfer another dime into their nonsense. Beware, any positive reviews are fake -- the REAL ones are just stating the truth. Affirm is bad news.Affirm.com

1 starThey create loans which you will have to pay regardless of you receiving a purchase or service. If it cancelled and refunded by Priceline they will still say that they didnt receive any information. Please shut that business. They are ruining peoples credit and its a scam to pay for something you never received! **************** cant even speak English. They wont even understand what you are trying to tell them. 1 starThe worst company I have ever dealt with. They have no published physical address. Their tech support is horrible. They either rattle on without addressing your issue, or cant help at all. When I recently spoke with a supposed manager, he talked so fast with a heavy Indian accent, I ask him to slow down several times. I ended up yelling at him. HE DELETED MY ACCOUNT!!! When calling back, I got another person who gave me a bunch of runaround If I have no account I cant pay my bills, theyll ruin my credit!Affirm.com

1 starThis is the worst company I ordered. Something from book 8 million And wanted to do payments due to Book-A-Million said that the order is pre-ordered and Book-A-Million kept sending the same email over and over with no release date. Then I canceled my order and then I tried to close my account with ********************** And then I deleted my card information and then they went to charge my card and then the next day they refunded half of my payment. And then I tried closing my account and it's telling me that I can't close it due to payments my order was canceled. How in the f*** are you going to charge a card that's no longer on file? These two places are scammers. I don't know how they're still in business. Very frustrating and very mad ??Affirm.com
