1 starI accepted a loan offer from Affirm when it was offered as an option to purchase my Ikon Pass. When I accepted I began payments with my **** credit card. That card was compromised, so I ordered a new one (same account). There was no option to update the original card info, only to delete it and add it again as a new payment method. Now, however, when I try to select it the site tells me that I cannot pay my loan with a credit card. Its the exact same account! It is impossible to reach a human being to rectify the situation. All of their contact us links lead to back to the same page. There is no way to email them. When I call I get a robot. I am afraid that my credit will be negatively affected because as hard as Im trying to make a payment, theyre not letting me do it!Review fromMrs Daryl D

1 starI opened a loan to make payments on a trip. We were owed money for airfare fees due to medical reasons which ***************** approved We then had to book another airlines to get home. I couldn't fly AA due to one flight not being a jet. Highly claustrophobic. SO AWFUL situation. American sent refund to Exoedia whom I booked the trip I called Expedia 3 times telling them to send my refund directly to me! THEY DID NOT!! They sent it to affirm who is not giving me my money back. I already paid them for this month I am retired and can only afford ONE PAYMENT A MONTH and our agreement is such. I owe them No money till next month. MEANWHILE I NEED THE REFUND TO PAY BILLS THIS MONTH.ALSO IT IS MORE THAN I OWE. PLEASE GET ME MY REFUND ASAPReview fromAmie G

3 starsThe services were great and the payments were reasonable, but the paid off accounts are still on my credit report and causing a severe impact on my credit. Each time you use the service they open a new account, so there is even more of an impact.Review fromDebra J

1 starAffirm will not accredit my account because there is a a ***** assembly fee. (I was told the assembly fee is on hold). I ordered a tv stand from *******. I returned it. I called ******* and I was told that the assembly fee was returned. However I still have to make payments to affirm even though the company returned the $149.16. Affirm will not accredit that amount to my account. I have to pay for a tv stand that I do not have! This is not fair that I have to continue making payments to Affirm. This is so unfair. I do not know what to do! I have spoke to some very rude unprofessional and some care less customer service people from **********************! I hate this company! All I want is for this company to accredit my account for the amount wayfair returned!Review fromLeslie J

1 starI contacted Affirm to dispute a charge that was made to my debit card. I explained that I had neither made any purchase nor received any goods or services. Despite this, their investigation concluded that I still owed the $180 loan.I followed up with customer service to understand the details of their investigation, as I maintained that I had not authorized or initiated any transaction. After doing some research on my own, I discovered that the transaction Affirm claims I made was actually part of a scam my account had been compromised by *********, Affirm is asking me to repay a loan for a purchase I never made.Review fromJason P

1 star7 months trying to get their product on our website so we can showcase loans. 7 months of updating our case and no resolution. ******* at Affirm is useless and has affected dramatically how we transacted. We will be leaving affirm since their customer service is a zero and you cant even call to complain. We are a multi million dollar a year company and treated us like a small business

1 starI have been trying often on for months trying to get my account situated. new phone number and email address i've sent in identification etc et all I've been getting is running around.I have never ever been late on my payments and to be treated like this is ********Affirm.com

1 starPretty decent alternative until they decided to now start reporting everything to a credit reporting agency. If I wanted an inquiry or an entry on my credit every time I split something into a couple of payments at this point. If that's what they're doing I might as well just use my credit card. Sorry you just lost my business.Affirm.com

1 starI was trying to order from Black Girl Vitamins but somehow ordered from a cloned website. I informed Affirm about the order. When I finally got a package it was a whole month later and it came from someone ***. ***** informed me that because I got a package I had to pay the $113 but the order wasn't all there. I was scared to use it. The labels had been printed and taped with clear tape. Now I just lost money. I'm very disappointed in Affirm!!!Affirm.com

1 starthis is the fourth time i am having to open a dispute with this company because they keep "siding the loan" in favor to the "store". Which i provided about 10+ documents that it was a FAKE/SCAMMING store on ******* (the app I purchased my package).I live in *****, ** The package went to ************, ** They are still siding with this "store" after I keep providing factual documents that I never received this package. I now have to find legal representation for this which is EXTREMELY taxing on my mental health.Affirm.com
