      ***! After having a bad experience with one Local repair service, I looked again on line and found ****. Imagine my surprise when he first showed up and diagnosed problem and within first hour he was telling me what exactly was the problem ,how much it was going to be and date when I could expect delievery of part . Well, I never expected that he would inform me 2 days before that date, that he recieved part and was available to install it. I cannot say this Enough. What a Wonderful Way to do Business. **** / ****** . I take my hat off to you. This has got to be the Best of the Best.A BIG THANK YOU! From me to You.

      Charged me for not fixing anything, the repair parts and Labor were more than getting a new one. So, I could not apply anything to the repairs. But still had to pay for them to tell me I need to buy a new one.

      We do apologized for the inconvenience that this has caused you. We have checked your appointment with us and as you know, when you booked the appointment online it was clearly stated that it is for the a service call or a diagnostic visit. We understand that this is not a result that you are expecting however we just wanted to let you know that the issue that you are having with your appliance is not fault or not control by the technician. 

      The service was done properly as the technician was able to inspect the unit and provide his recommendations and explained to you, thus making the charges valid. Regarding the repair cost, our estimates are based on the average rates in and around your state. Our technicians do not base the repair cost on the time they spent working on the appliance, the pricing is determined by which part is needed to be replaced. We always provide customers with repair quotes after our diagnosis, and we move forward with the repair only upon customers' agreement to the price. We never pressure the customer into a repair they do not wish to be completed at the price quoted.

      Our technicians are also transparent to the customer if they think that the unit is still worth repairing due to the damage that they found. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

      **** had good customer service until I canceled.The fees were almost a hundred dollars.When I complained, they sent me a copy of the contract. So you better read the contract and be prepared for a fat exit fee. That's my only complaint with them.

The membership plan is an annual term, given that you canceled it within the year we will need to collect the necessary payment needed. Additionally, after purchasing the plan, the terms and conditions and coverage has been sent to you for you to be able to have this check.
