PG&E has a safety net compensation program for customers who experienced extended outages. This compensation is supposed to be given as a credit within 90 days of the power outage. My community experienced several of these long outages between Dec 2022 and March 2023. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this reimbursement. I was told that due to the number of outages PG&E is late dispersing these credits. Its been 10 months and that seems unreasonable. Last time I spoke with someone from PG&E they recommended that I contact my state senator.

When I first signed up for PGE for my first apartment in ************ in 2021, the account moved to a different apartment last year. When I entered the service address it left out the apartment number and showed up as *************************** our complex the lowest being 101 for floor and unit number. Eight months later with 4 charges to hook up the water we have been using for months. We called them to change an address to reflect and everything is fine. 3 months later we are getting charged to hook up water to an apartment that doesn't exist a problem that has happened for almost a year now

On or about June 30th PG&E Sent a company who's name is CHOC who's address is ********************************************************************************* phone numbers are **********. *************************** manager to my house to replace my refrigerator. The delivery time was about 9:30 to 10 am refrigerator that CHOC delivered to me failed from the start. It never got cold. At 3pm I then started calling CHOC and PG&E only to get no resolve. Mean while all my food that I had in the refrigerator is spoiling out. I then called ********** thinking that they would come out to resolve the problem and they said no. Because the unit came by way of PG &E and CHOC there was nothing they could do at the time. CHOC is a energy saving company that is contacted by way of PG &E. I had to leave town for 4 days **** said that they needed access to the refrigerator and as I told them I would be out of town for 4 days but I would live there refrigerator in the driveway so they could come it pickup and replace it or at least bring me back my old one. Nothing happened. There refrigerator was still sitting in the same spot that I left it. Mind you I was out town for 4 days 7th the 11th of July and then I started calling the same people over and over with no resolve and on July 14th I called ****** appliance repair. There phone number is ************ invoice number ******. They charged me a additional $140.00 to repair the unit. So I'm only asking for the monies that I lost because of PG&E. If additional information is needed please call me at *********** or email me at ******************** sincerely thanks *************************

Hello, My name is *******************. My previous residence was **********************************************************************. Account Number: ************, *********** ID # **********, **********, **********, **********. I recently submitted a BBB Complaint (Complaint ID ********* to resolve this with Conservice, the 3rd party ****** for the utilities at The Promenade (the previous apartment residency). This apartment had utilities that were billed third party through Conservice. I resided at The Promenade from October 2021 to May 2023. During this time, I was billed by Conservice and PGE simultaneously. Attached are the bills from Conservice along with the Complaint I filed with the BBB in hopes to resolve this bill. However, since the bill is still outstanding with PG&E I am reaching out as a customer to resolve this. I am requesting a thorough review of all documentation provided and a full investigation of the account. Please credit the account appropriately and send an updated account balance and reflection of the account. Secondly, I am requesting that during the time of the review of my account please pause any shut off notices or payment demands. Thank you, *******************

My neighbor told me that PG&E mixed up our Smart meters. This information is based on a PG&E employee coming out to check my neighbors meter and stating that a human error occurred and they mixed my smart meter with my neighbors. PGE did not communicate this information with me so I called to get more information on the error since my house/**** was involved. I wanted to check if I was paying for both houses (their house is solar). The employees blew off my concern, said nothing was wrong, and my neighbors house was not on file. How do I know if I was being charged for 2 houses, if the employee doesnt look into it. It is awful that we dont have the choice to pick another company other than PGE.

I moved from ******************************************************************, February of 2023. I am continually billed through PG&E account ************ for ***** Services. I lived in a Mobile Home and do not use *****. I have called PG&E 6 times in the past 7 months. I am continually advised that I do not owe money and that the billing will be removed and my account will be closed. I have spoken to employees that advise they are handling the issue and the account will be closed, that an email is being sent to the target person to close the account. That the issue is being escalated. I spoke to a supervisor 2 weeks ago in addition to another employee and both advised this would be handled. Today I logged into the account and still there is an existing balance of ****** dollars due on September 5, 2023. Please help me in contacting PG&E to close the account and remove the billing. I owe zero dollars. Also I called PG&E today August 30, 2023 and am speaking to a Supervisor, ********. She states she does not understand the issue that the billing has not been removed. I am uploading 2 statements. One where the adjustment is negative ***** and the second where the billing began again balance ******. I sold the property and no longer live there. I spoke to ************************** at PGe and was assured this matter would be resolved in 5 business days. That was on September 1, 2023. It is not resolved. I have since received a text message that this bill is past due.

For several months PG&E send me a bill that shows 0 payment since I have a credit of about 1,200$Recently, they send me 749$ bill stating they made a mistake crediting me. When I contact PG&E they claimed they are not the one to contact since this is Silicon Valley clean energy company (though the bill is from PG&E) and asked me to contact ****, which I did and asked to speak with a manager. The manager called me after a week saying I need to resole the issue with PG&E since they are the one making the charges. I called PG&E and as expected they asked me to call **** company. I found it very disturbing that these two companies cannot tell me why I need to pay 749$ where my usual bill is around 180$ a month, both parties just trowing me from one to another without providing any assistance. I am helpless and facing utility disruption (PG&E told me that they will disconnect the power if not payed) yet no one can explain why I need to pay for a mistake that I did not make nor understand why.

The nature of this dispute is regarding billing. We had been placed on payment plan. At some point we were kicked off the payment plan without our knowledge and our power/gas was shut off. We were told that in order to restart our power/gas we would need to pay the total payment in full. The business committed to provide us with assistance in repayment hence we were on the payment plan, we were placed on a payment plan in the past and removed from it without our permission or knowledge. We did not know that we had been delinquent in payment and that a delinquent payment would result in the removal of the payment plan. The business did not attempt to inform us or resolvethe issue and demanded repayment in full. PG&E is a monopoly, and there are no other gas/electric companies to use. We explained that we did not know that payments were being made late and we were never informed that would constitutebeing kicked off of the payment plan.

PG&E will not give a true cost estimate for capping existing gas line , relocating it re tapping main and running cts poly pipe 16 ft. to house for new ADU they verbally say $10,000.00 and believe that's cheap did the same job but across paved alley way this job is on my side of graveled alley way last time was $1900.00 in june 2020 ,they claim it's no cheaper if I open the trench and i'm not qualified to shade on both sides of pipe with sand and repack trench after they dig last 2 feet to main and make tap not $200.00 material and 4 hours labor would like to work with them but am unwilling to sign a blank check for $10,000.00 to move gas line left to remove gas line and go all electric unfair business practice (If a customer needs a cost( reasonable cost estimate) they should provide one as with car repairs house repairs etc.Why are they not held to the same standards as private sectors ?
