      When i went to ask the question, i was just told i would be charged $5. I would have never paid $51. Urgent care is only $20, i could have went there. I tried to talk to two customer service agents. Both did not help me or connect me with a supervisor when asked. I am wanting a refund of the membership fee because i was not made aware of this fee and i only asked one question.

      I used their website for a dermatologist. Right away I was asked for five dollars for no reason. I sat and waited and then got disconnected. I went on my banking account I noticed they charged me five dollars And then charge me like another $42 or something like that. Basically I went back and looked at the report and it said that the dermatologist couldnt answer the question and that was what I got, so nobody told me I just had to look it up. So I got charged for five dollars and a bill for a dermatologist whos sadly it is in practice because he doesnt know a simple question but even I know the answer to but I just wanted to confirm. I asked to speak to the claims department and there was two sliding scales. Depending on your level of urgency and how fast you want to be seen they were charging from 12 to like $32 . This business is basically almost like a scam because if you dont have professionals who can answer questions and be billed for whatever the h*** they want that to me is being scammed.

You will not receive an actual refund or credit back to your account since a charge was not processed, but the authorization shown on your card statement should drop off, usually within 3-5 business days, and it'll be as if the transaction never occurred.

      09/12/2022 Thought I contacted *********** customer support for virus in laptop. Somebow I was directed to JustAnswer for Tech support. Was told I could get help for a fully refunded $1. I unfortunately gave them my debit info. Had the option to pay $39 dollars for additional support and to let the "tech" access mycompture a d I could watch while he fixed the problem. I did not agree to the membership and hung up. Looked at my bank stayement and they charged $46.00 to my debit card.

      I found JustAnswer on ****** trying to find help for my dog it said there would be a 1 dollar sign up fee which is fine but, it did not at all mention that it would automatically charge me 30 dollars for a membership. Im very upset that they designed it that way. Im literally already over drafted give me my money back!
